Great location close to beach and easy to get to the city.
Pros:

This was a great location close to a lovely beach, nice restaurants in walking distance and only 30 minutes by bus into the city. Bus stop just outside. Room was lovely and staff were helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The Clovelly is a very lively pub and restaurant probably more suited to a younger vibe than us nearing our 60’s. It was family friendly and serves good food. They also manage their outside terrace so it closes at 10 pm which meant the noise did not affect our stay. We would certainly stay again because the location was so good,

Fun place to stay in a great location, good pub food and a lively place to have a bit of fun without going out further….
Pros:

Great location, rooms were cute and staff were helpful in the limited interaction we had

Cons:

Rooms were a little on the small side - for the price .. bathroom door was gappy …and it didn’t bother us too much but a few stairs to climb to get to the room

Lively but quiet ….
Pros:

Fabulous place to stay, quieter than Bondi or nearby Coogee. Rooms were super clean, big towels, bright spartan rooms with everything you need, being at the pub means food and drinks available most of the time, breakfast is just across the road… highly recommended

Mould in bathroom showers and entering an exiting via carpark after hours

Great hotel and facilities in awesome location.
Pros:

Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but enough local eateries to sample both good. Loved being near the ocean

Cons:

No one on reception and had to leave bags unattended which didnt think was great. This was before check in.
