Hotel Manager Hassan Rauf personally farewell me and invited me to come n stay again whenever I come to Madina. I will definitely have this hotel as my first choice .
Alhamdulillah it was an amazing stay at Madina during Ramadan.
Heartwarming experience.
Thank you very much.
Everything was pleasant the only issue was some people were smoking in the rooms in our floor and we could smell the smoke.
Location
My second stay. Best ever. Should be 5 star rated. Everything was top notch. Thank you Majed and Shamim for the service.
Everything great except the carpet very dirty
Very nice hotel and very close to Masjed Nabawi.
Very nice
Excellent
Perfect location, closer to the Green Dome. Very attentive and kind staff. I just wish they spent a bit more on cleanliness of the room. Also, for the honeymoon suit it would help if the bathroom had glazed windows or curtains
Near to holy mosque and easy excess to other routes
I go madinah very regularly but definitely the worst 4* hotel I've stayed at.
Told them I'll be checking in for 2pm but they said no rooms are available and made us wait until 4pm for check in with my 2 year old and pregnant wife. We kept being told it wasn't ready yet and being cleaned but only after the 6th/7th time pestering them did they actually even bother calling the cleaning team to clean that room. Bare in mind the whole lobby was nearly empty. The lady seemed to be too busy catching up with her male colleagues to even care. After we got to the room it was not what was expected, stained carpets, awkward layout (studio suite), didn't really match the pictures well. Bathroom had only one or two towels and two toilet tissue rolls. Every time something was needed you have to request for it due to "greener" vision apparently. Room was only made up once in our whole stay. Even to get our bags upstairs they took over an hr, whilst my toddler had a full nappy, but they just didn't seem to care. Called 4/5 times, was told they're on it, but then only to go get it myself afterwards.
Also on Eid day I was refused entry to my own hotel from some security guard as I didn't have my card on me, my wife and kid were upstairs sleeping and I was at Eid prayer so I didn't take my card but he kept pushing me and shouting as if I'm an imposter. Even after showing him my booking and payment confirmation, he kept telling me to get lost and would only allow those with their blank hotelcard
This property is 2 star now, it went downhill pretty fast in last 2 years. It’s not worth for the price
Very good stay, staff is nice , very convenient, and breakfast was really good , Dining room manager and the cook Mr Saleem is very nice.
Thank you very much for the lovely experience.
