Don’t forget anything or they’ll take it and keep it. Location is good, but a bit loud from the street. TV was locked to an Amazon account so you’re limited to the apps they have installed. Shower door ends up leaking all over the bathroom floor

This property was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It worked very well for two couples traveling together. It is very centrally located. The pool and gym are very nice.

We loved the location, very walkable. Clean and comfy..except for the sofa bed. Loved the pool area.

Kasa lady bird was a wonderful stay. The studio was clean and very cozy. Having a washer/dryer was great since I stayed for a few days. The place itself was safe and there’s a grocery story on the first floor which was super convenient for things I needed. Highly recommended!

Super quiet building and condo. Clean, cool, quiet. Great communication even when missing a hairdryer. Concierge were all so very polite and knowledgeable.

Super clean, super well equipped, and super great stay for value. Kasa is the way to stay when traveling. I stay in Kasa’s all over the country and they are always great. This property is right downtown and the concierge front desk team are very helpful and friendly. Plus there is a great pool and fitness center.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Kasa Lady Bird Lake over UT graduation for my brother in laws graduation. Kasa made the trip seamless for us. We were able to enjoy the comforts of our own home away from home. We really enjoyed the location which was right in the thick of it and close to the university. We will be back to stay with Kasa again in the future.

Definitely works if you need 2 isolated rooms when traveling as a family with a teenager. Kitchen with vessels, fridge, washer dryer etc if you use them 😀. Parking wasn’t included and it costs 45$ per night.

Great place, good room amenities, super clean large space, safe building with lots of amenities to use. Local spots to eat, shop, and accessible to groceries and walking distance to nice restaurants.

Suite B is ground level with a lot of noise at night. Use the two white noise devices that are in the room, they’re there for a reason.

Water from shower puddles on bathroom floor and hot water’s gone after a few minutes. Property maintenance let me know they’ve received this complaint before from other guests, but they’re not able to do anything about it. Kasa is no help either.


The gym and pool area are pretty fantastic though. The location is great. And Austin overall is an incredible place to visit!

Horrible street level room. Garbage trucks came every day at 4am. The mattress was 20 years old, I got a back ache. The shower flooded the bathroom. Lumpy old pillows. Dark, dirty and dingy. Terrible room. Only saving grace was decent location downtown. The woman at the desk was nice enough and you get ok coffee.

Noisy! Ground floor apartment had a lot of street noise BUT ALSO VACUUMING at 7AM

Thought that it was odd that we received a noise complaint at 6pm on Saturday for laughing.

Great stay! Perfect location to everything Austin has to offer! Perfect stay for the marathon - highly recommend!! Loved the ability to walk to desired locations and staff was very friendly! Amenities, such as the gym, were an added bonus!

Stayed for three nights and would say overall it was just fine. It was an amazing location and check in was easy, but I wasn’t expecting it to essentially be a unit in an apartment building. I’ve stayed at other aparthotels where the majority is like a hotel or half the building is clearly for residents and the other for guests. I just felt like I was sleeping in someone’s apartment. At face value it was nice, but the closer you looked the cracks started showing. We had an issue with the shower making loud noise and they did come to fix it, but in the process left a lot of dirt/debris around the tub and didn’t clean it up. There was dust coating the bathroom air vent and little things that indicated it may not be as nice as we expected. Definitely not a bad stay but I’d rather pay more for an actual hotel.

Very nice one bedroom apartment with washer and dryer. Perfect location and free coffee in the lobby!

Fantastic, will never stay in a hotel again as long as I can find a place like Kasa!
