Cons:

There was a mouse running in hallway and went into
Equipment room. I was afraid but there were customers at desk so I went up to my room and put a towel in front of my door on inside so it could not come in my room

Finn ein anna plass å bu.
Pros:

Ho som satt i resepsjonen prøvde å lura oss. Ho sa ho ikkje fann bestillinga frå hotels.com. Og att me måtte bestilla i resepsjonen hjå ho. Då vart det ca 15dollar pr rom dyrere. Når me sa me reiste på eit anna hotell, ja då fann ho våre fira rom. Det sto andre gjester å såg på og fekk med seg dette. Dei kom til oss i ettertid og syneste dette slett ikkje var greit. Forøvrig var resepsjonisten på FaceTime med mora si sammtidig som ho hadde masse mat på pulten sin. Ho satt på stolen sin og reiste seg ikkje før ho måtte finna nøkkel kort til oss. Null smil eller forsøk på å vera hyggelig.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated

Three rooms were reserved for my family of 10. Upon arrival at 10:00 p.m. on a Thursday evening we were told one of the rooms had been canceled with no real reason as the room had already been paid for in full! The other two rooms were extremely musty and not clean! We did not stay more than 10 minutes before we decided we were moving to a different Hotel! Five days later I'm still waiting for my debit card to be refunded over $600! Not happy at all!

Fair. Disappointed that the place looked so shabby

The staff member who oversaw the breakfast set-up was friendly, made sure that items were stocked. She did a nice job

Cons:

At check in, gentlemen ahead of me were clearly foreigners. The receptionist had trouble understanding them because of their accents. She was clearly frustrated also because they had trouble understanding her. She was very brusque with them. As a fellow American I was embarrassed to see them treated so poorly.

Overall the building looks worn down. The floor in my room was not level.Dont know what that means for the structural integrity of the building

The lady that was working the front desk is super nice and helpful. The lady that serves breakfast is amazing and her biscuits and gravy are yummy!

The beds are a little harder than I'd like but not terrible.

Pros:

I liked the location. The breakfast lady was super sweet.

Cons:

The bed was gross, stained, had crumbs and dirt on the frame platform where the mattress sits. The room had a lot of moisture the picture on the wall was even wavy from the moisture. The ice container had mold in it. More cons than pros for sure. Much like a motel 6 or a red roof if I had to compare just more expensive.
