Horrible, dirty, unsafe place, worst hotel stay, ever and Istill haven’t gotten money back
Ok you ask the question did I like breakfast and usually my answer is yes. I have been coming to this location on vestal highway because my son goes to Binghamton University and every time I drop him off I stay the night in this hotel. One of the main reason is the breakfast. I have repeatedly enjoyed it. I am back again dropping my son off and now I was told at the front desk that breakfast is no longer available anymore. If this was the case you should have taken it off your website because it still says you offer it and when I booked through booking.com it states it as well. It’s not fair that some guests look forward to breakfast and now is no longer available. Very disappointed 😔 Room 110 stay from Tuesday April 22 leaving Wednesday April 23 2025

It was the rudest and dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at
The staff were basically wearing pajamas at work.
Room was good but dated
All in all, good deal for the price. Room was clean, although we found used panties behind the bed. Breakfast was very good. Lots of options.
The staff was accommodating and kind
The property is in utter disrepair, reeks of weed, strangers knocking on our door late at night “by accident”, apparently state of NY is using hotel to house low income families which is fine but not in a hotel that also accepts guests
Facility did not clean sheets daily. did not check the appliances in room are working or not.

The only thing I didn't like was I reserved a handicap room that had a walk in shower because my boyfriend is handicap with bad legs and got a regular room.
The hallways are smelly. The hotel needs updating. It works for quick stays though.
