Ruidoso desde temprano al estar en calle principal, pero nada que unos tapones resuelvan.
Habían cucarachas en el baño :( pero se entiende que e su sector húmedo y selvático, no esperaba menos.

No water tap (rather rare in Guatemala), insufficiently clear communication about payment methods (it's fine, but I'd recommend making this more clear to guests, considering the hotel is quite an outlier even in Lanquin)

thin walls between the rooms so that you can hear your neighbours talking, also location is very close to a busy road so sometimes you feel like living almost on a highway (ofc the traffic is not so intense like on a highway but trucks and buses can make awful noise)

Advertised as having air con but after booking, we received a message that the use of the fan is free but we would be charged if we used the air con.

The shower is very dangerous because you can get electrocuted by exposed electrical wires, you can't adjust the temperature of the hot water, the roof is made of tin instead of tiles, and when it rains there is a very loud noise, there is noise from the street, there is a terrible smell and smoke all around so you can't open the window and when you go outside you are literally suffocated by the smell. You have to pay separately to use the air conditioner, the room is very shabby, an iron warehouse door separates the shower from the room, the shower has a small mirror that hangs very high and you can't see anything in it, the place is not habitable.
