Bay Sand Villa Resort Hoi An

A quiet family run hotel just off the beaten track with easy access into Hoi An central. This was our second stay here and we were not disappointed.

The hotels supplies free bicycles which we loved riding into town each night and exploring the vicinity during the day. This is a great place to stay in the must see town of Hoi An

The perfect place to stay in Hoi An.
The staff is super nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, sparkling clean and top equipped. There is nothing else missing: There are free bicycles, a pool, massage, etc. The quiet location and the good WLAN also make the villa an ideal place to work.
I will come back!

I have been here for our short relaxing trip for the weekend. Before I turned back to dedicated work.
This places was so nice and quite. I got a nice welcome from the team, and instructions to reach to their places.
There is near by the river, nice and fresh air. Room was good and large for me as I took the studio, but they not allow to cook as the local policy. But it’s ok. We got nice breakfast served with some local choices. I picked Cao Lau noodle one, which is my favorite one there:)
By far, the teams are nice and helpful, places are worth for the payment. It’s just little bit hard to find.
I really highly recommend this place for Everyone who would love to slow down and settle of the life, laybacks, take rest.

Such a perfect spot! Beach and Bay on one side, canal on the other . Short and sweet and beautiful ride to the center . Free delicious breakfast! A bathtub with hot water, a pool and free bicycle! Wonderful staff, a beautiful balcony that's was safe for my baby to play on. They even made him his own breakfast. This was the best choice to stay here in hoi an. I could not recommend it more and for such an amazing price! My husband and I could not stop talking about how glad were that we stayed there. The hosts even had us picked up in the middle of the night and got us transport to Da Nang when we left. This is a great place for couples, families and parties. There's a grill out back as well. FAR exceeded our expectations.

Well what can I say, this place is absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived we just knew we picked the right one. It's in a wonderful peaceful location about a 10min bike ride to Hoi an old town and half an hour to an bang beach through the paddy fields and seeing the water buffalo. Lovely relaxing pool to chill around after being out in the sun all day. Rooms are very spacious and modern with WiFi routers in every room so excellent signal. All the staff are so happy and friendly and always willing to help with anything nothing is a problem. Breakfast is lovely and a variety of choice something for everyone.
We would highly recommend and if back in Hoi an will definitely visit again with no hesitation 😁😁😁

Love this villa it is absolutely beautiful! Staff minh and hieu are very nice and helpful with our needs. Had a wonderful relaxing stay! Highly recommended! Pool is beautiful and the design of the rooms are very sophisticated! Love this place!!

We were looking for a nice place a bit away from the hectic of the Old Town, and we found it!
Located beautifully at the river side, enjoying each morning the great view. Rent a room on the 1st or 2nd floor for the best views from the balcony.

On bicycle (they are available for free at the Villa) it’s a 10 minutes ride to the old town.
We made nice bicycle rides through the rice fields, enjoyed the Old Town, and were always more than happy to return to our own Villa.
A lovely, well English speaking staff completed our 5 days stay. Just loved it❤️

If you are looking for a small scale hotel (6 rooms), beautiful view on the river, quiet and away from the craziness of the old town (ca 3 km, bicycle included), this is your place!! We loved it and booked extra days. Enjoyed the sun and shade (parasol and balcony with chairs and river view) and the small but convenient swimming pool. English speaking and lovely staff. Made nice cycle tours to old town, through rice fields, to nice restaurants for lunch and dinner. Hope to come back one day!!

A very quiet and peaceful resort located close to the center of a packed and busy city. I could not ask for more at an affordable price for good service and cozy hospitality. Highly recommend this place if you have any chance to stay over Hoian.
