Hôtel confortable, calme, idéal pour un court séjour en famille. Les lits sont confortables et les chambres sont propres. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.
Établissement d’aspect un peu vieillot mais bien entretenu. Dommage que l’extérieur ne soit pas suffisamment exploité pour profiter au maximum de la vue sur le lac.
Exceptional staff, rooms are very clean and the location is very convenient for me !
One of the rooms I have stayed in, the bathroom sink was clogged and one of the big towels was very dirty with big marques, the coffee machine was dirty (water dispenser) and the fridge was not cold enough !!

Clean and conventionally located
The breakfast was terrible, got there for 8A and the food was literally mostly empty, all picked over. Ideally the facility needs AC in all areas, not just rooms. Hand towels needed in the room and building exterior in need of a makeover or at least some care. All those GMC trucks take away from parking that is closer to the entry

Easy to access from my relative house.
We booked for two nights on Booking.com when we arrive, we will check in. When we arrive at the check-in. The front desk service will mention it if we need our room to be cleaned every day when we leave the room. They did not mention it at all. So we left the room in the morning. When we return at night, everything is not clean. Bathroom, shower—they do not clean, they do not manage the bed, no new towel, no new anything. Bad shit, everything is a mess in there, like we just left in the morning. When I called the front desk, they said we have to mention that your room needs to be cleaned. But when we checked in, they did not tell us about that. I was so mad when I came back with no clean towel, and they did not pick up the dirty, soiled towel. Everything was a mess. When I said just one little word, it made them angry. He said, why do you not just leave if you do not like it? But we already booked for two nights. We cannot just leave. That is how the confrontation started with the young man at the front desk, because he did not mention when we checked in that we had to request cleaning every morning.

Lake view from room was good. Breakfast was better than expected. Accessibility to highway very good.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was free and accessible, a big plus for that area.

We were above the bar, so it was really loud so hard time falling asleep. At midnight woken up to people who were drinking in their bar yelling on their back patio.

Really close to the lake, clean rooms.
Really noisy highway, no place to seat on a bench and look at the lake.
