The front desk clerks were friendly. Bed comfortable. When we asked them to fix a clogged drain it was promptly tended to.

They stole all of my stuff from the room and when o came back the room was looking like all new room but my stuff was gone, I spoked to everyone that works there and they all ignored it and they said that nothing was taken.
I spoke to the manager and he was so rude!! Don’t go there you’ll do yourself a great favour!
Breakfast is amazing. Location is gorgeous, especially for the price! The staff is super friendly and exceptionally helpful.
I had some issues while trying to extend my stay due to booking through this site "3rd-party reservation", they did the best that the could, which was actually very very well... but they couldn't honor the online price that I had the first night so it was more than I had anticipated.
A small price to pay in the grand scheme of things, though!
Also, just a heads up, if you have a disability or issues walking/carrying heavy things... THEY DO NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR!!! AVOID ANY ROOM THAT ISN'T LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR!!! LOL!!
