Duvarda böcekler geziyordu daha ne olsun

Ich weis nicht wo ich anfangen soll um ehrlich zu sein!
Ich habe noch nie so ein dreckiges und ekeliges Hotel gesehen!! Das Zimmer was wir zuerst bekommen haben: ALLES dreckig, Kakerlaken ohne Ende, Bettlaken voll mit Blut und einfach nur mit Tuch zugedeckt damit man es nicht sieht! Überall lagen Haare, Kondom Verpackungen und und und!!! Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen was genau so dreckig war außer dass da keine Kakerlaken waren! Eingangstür war kaputt so dass wir es immer abschließen mussten! Also sehr unsicheres Gefühl gehabt immer wieder!
Bad: Handtücher ekelige flecken drauf gehabt!
Küchenbereich: war nur am stinken als wäre da eine Ratte tot!
Parken: auf der Seite steht kostenlos aber nein pro Tag muss man bezahlen!!!
Fitness gegen Gebühr!!
Also ich weiß nicht wie dieses *Hotel* so paar positive Bewertungen bekommen konnte!!
Wir waren 3 Nächte da und es wurde nicht einmal gereinigt im Zimmer!!!
Das alles durften wir mit 2 Babys erleben!!!

I book this hotel due to my early morning flight departure back home, around 5’ taxi to SAW airport. This place is a convenient location.

Çift kişilik yatak dedik 2 ayrı tek kişilik yatak vardı tuvaletteki Taret musluğu su akıtıyordu resepsiyona söyledik sağ olsunlar odayı değiştirmek istediler ama vakit olmadığı için değiştirmedik o yüzden bu konular eksi olmaktan ziyade yataklar pisti çarşafın birisi delikti güzel temizlenmiş bir oda değildi kesinlikle o da servisinden iki tane nescafe istedik oraya biz bakmıyoruz diyerek vermediler resepsiyonu aradık nescafe istemek için yarım saat sonra geldi kesinlikle verdığin paraya değer bir yer değil ama şunu gözardı etmemek gerekir resepsiyondaki çocuk yardımsever ve Çözüm odaklı işletmede iş yok

Genel anlamıyla çok güzel,temiz ve rahattı.Tek problem sabaha kadar süren inşaat gürültüsüydü.O olmasa hiç olumsuz bir yönü yok..Havaalanına olan yalınlığı ve transfer hizmeti de güzel bir ayrıcalıktı.

Was really dirty, everywhere, carpet burned by a cigarette , no one answers when you need help! Bad internet, bad electricity

Von aussen und von innen sieht das Hotel luxuriös aus, zumindest nach dem ersten Eindruck bis einem eine Kakerlake begrüßt. Diese Befanden sich in der Küche und machten diesen Raum unbenutzbar. Zusätzlich war es ein Raucherzimmer, was ansich erstmal nicht so schlimm ist. Jedoch wurde nichts davor unternommen so dass der Geruch in allen Fasern in jedem Zimmer zu riechen war. Mehr als zwei Sterne ist das Hotel nicht Wert.

This hotel is a great place! We had a nice room, got an extra bed for our daughter and free transfer to the airport early in the morning. Wonderfull! Thanks again!!!

The level of cleanliness in this hotel was completely unacceptable. In one of the rooms, the fridge did not work at all. In the other room, I found used condoms on the floor, the same dirt from the hallway was also inside the room, the floors were sticky, and the bathroom wall was covered with mold. This reflects a serious neglect of hygiene and basic housekeeping standards.

The receptionist was rarely available, which led to long and unnecessary waiting times.

Overall, the service felt careless and unprofessional, from the reception to the spa. The only positive experience was at the restaurant Şenol Kolcuoğlu Kurtköy – the hotel management should take inspiration from their level of service.

We ended up not staying at My Palace Rooms after arriving. The property did not match the photos or description online, and the surrounding area did not feel comfortable or welcoming. Check-in was confusing, and communication from the staff was unhelpful.

Based on our first impression, we decided to make other arrangements. This was not the experience we expected.

Personne à l’accueil. Chambre pas prête à 18h. Clef ouvrant une chambre en travaux. Pas de climatisation efficace ni de wifi. Sale et ascenseur dysfonctionnel. Espace en travaux. Mur tagué. On a préféré carrément quitter cet endroit plutôt que d’y passé le nuit. À éviter!

Our was a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 2 toilets at a very good sameday cheap rent. We only stayed for a night so didn't get time to look around much. There are quite a few restaurants at walking distance.

Très déçu de notre séjour.
À notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour récupérer les clés. Le couloir était poussiéreux, et une fois dans la chambre, une forte odeur de tabac persistait. Aucun équipement de base : pas de bouilloire, pas de climatisation, pas de téléphone pour contacter la réception. Les draps étaient tachés, le canapé du salon était sale. Le logement ne correspondait pas du tout aux attentes. À éviter.

Very unprofessional! Management is terrible! I DONE NOT recommend this garbage place!

Öncelikle odanın kapısının tam kapanmamasi sebebiyle girişte ve çıkışta sorun yaşadık. Daha sonrasında oda içerisinde cam açık olduğu zamanlarda kapıdan bir uğultu sesi geliyordu ve bu çok rahatsızlık veriyordu. Bu nedenle camlar kapalı oturmak zorunda kaldık. Kliması açık olmasına rağmen hiç bir şekilde odaya etki edemiyordu. Duş alanı, yatak odası, ve koltuklar kirliydi. Buzdolabı bozuk ve çalışmıyordu. Banyo için eksikleri söylediğimiz de bir tuvalet kağıdını getirmek tam olarak 4 saat ve 3 telefon gorusmesi sonucunda gerçekleşti. Tek olumlu diyebilecegimiz şey ise televizyonun akıllı televizyon ve odada wifi olmasıydı. Her resepsiyona indigimizde ise personeller yerinde değil ve ilgi konusunda sıkıntılar vardı.

J’ai reçu les clés de la part du gérant et en arrivant dans la chambre vers 16h… la chambre était sale seulement les lits avaient été fait. Des poubelles devant la porte, saleté sur le canapé, pansement sur le bureau et couette sur le sol du salon …

Very comfortable studio, everything worked, fridge good, Tv good, location good, service good, apartment a bit tired and the furnishings Curtains, chairs and quilt need a cleaning spruce up.

My apartment was nice and clean. No microwave in the kitchen. But having a fridge and kettle was good. A grocery store nearby. Staff were friendly and I was offered a free shuttle (taxi) ride to the airport. Thank you.
