Perfekte Lage für einen City bzw.Wochenendtrip.
Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte sich aufgrund Restaurant und vor allem der Straßenbahnen, um ein Zimmer hinten raus bemühen.

Convenient for the station and the venue attended. Suffers from a lack of air-conditioning which given that the lowest temperature at night was 23C made sleep hard. The windows opened but there was little airflow and noises form the bar one floor below that went on till after midnight did not help. After that the flamingos took over. In the heat not easy but could be pleasant otherwise. Food was excellent and enjoyable however.

Fint værelse med lille badeværelse.
Generet af en udendørs ventilation.
Da der ikke var aircondition på rummet stod vinduerne lidt åbne.
Reception i restauranten.
Fine udendørs spisemuligheder.
Ligger lige ved stationen.

駅前で使いやすく、Zoologische Stadtgartenとテラスで帰国前のゆったりとした時間が過ごせました。
一点だけ、これからの季節、エアコンか扇風機が無いと厳しいと感じました。

Habitacion de hotel inferior categoria, limpieza diaria, calefaccion justa i con ventilacion, por olores. Caracteristicas de apartamento. No existe aparcamiento, si parking de pago. Recepcion en el restaurante al estar cerca de estacion de tren, ruidoso y siempre abarrotado, no lo utilizamos

Pros:

Hotel localizado em frente a estação de trem. No nosso caso, nao adiantava, pois estávamos de carro. Ao fazer a busca de hoteis, colocamos o filtro de ter estacionamento. Ao fazer a reserva, apareceu que tinha estacionamento disponível no hotel, mas nao tinha.
Ao falar com o recepcionista, ele disse que poderia deixar na rua por 15 euros. Justamente era o que nao queríamos, apesar do carro estar segurado.
Um outro ponto ruim é que a “recepção” do hotel é no caixa do restaurante que tem embaixo do hotel. E o pior de tudo que nao há nenhum controle pra quem entra no hotel e achei um pouco inseguro isso.
O quarto nao tem ar condicionado, noite fez calor e foi bem ruim pra dormir com o quarto quente.

Die halbe Nacht nicht schlafen können, da mein Fenster zum Tiergarten / Zoo war. Die Gänse und Vögel haben die Nacht durchgequakt. Das Hotel dafür nichts. Aber wissen sollte man dies als Gast.
