Not ideal
Pros:

The bathroom was dirty and the toilet did not flush. I was physically repulsed. I actually left two nights early and stayed elsewhere.

Pros:

First of all the own or person who answered the phone was a scammer he couldn’t fine my reservation so he had to call me back I was in a neighborhood that had drug people right where his place was so it felt unsafe so I sat in my car waiting for his return call . I book a room for two and paid yet he said it was a booking for one and that I had to pay €10 extra each day and €15 also for service fees he wouldn’t listen to me and said that it was self check in yet there was no box outside with a code for entrance like he said I took pictures he said no need for him to come but I need to give him my card number over the phone so he could take the extra fees I refused to do that so he said he wouldn’t come and I couldn’t get my money back so then he started quoting the policy off 14 day cancellation. I think this is a scam they know that no one will give credit card information over the phone I paid what your site said and I have been traveling use orbitz Travelocity booking.com and I have had to pay anything when I arrive at any air B and B . I would great appreciate anything you can do for me and future booking customers. I tried to report it to you but my phone carrier well not the said as us sorry I got disconnected please help

Horrible experience
Pros:

This is not a hotel. This is just a grimmy house and they rent the spare room for you. The place is horrible.
This whole thing is a complete scam.
I wasn't even able to go inside. Once I saw the hose I said "now way" and I moved to a actual hotel.

Do not book here
Pros:

I arrived at the property and was told that I owed a £15 cleaning charge. Despite telling the man on the phone that I only had 3% battery ony phone, he refused to let me in until I promised to pay.
Hotels.com told me to pay and they would then refund the money.
I then noticed that there were spider's webs all over the room, most had been there long enough to gather dust. There was mould on the curtain, a spider's web over the window handle and cracks all over the wall. The state of the bathroom was even worse and the shower wasn't running hot water.
When I contacted hotels.com, they poke to the owner who called me a liar, saying the room was clean and the shower was working fine. Hotels.com offered me a partial refund and I checked out two days early. Absolutely disgusted with the whole experience. The app isn't accepting my photos but I will upload them later if possible.
