Aside from above the rooms were clean and comfortable. Night manager (Arron) was very profes
Pros:

Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee ran out before 10 am and was not refilled. Breakfast was minimal bagels, boiled eggs, cereals juice, coffee. Have stayed at other Sparks and breakfast was more substantial

Cons:

Trash in hallways was overflowing and lobby restroom was disgustingly toilet filthy and no hand soap!

Not too thrilled but it could’ve been worse!
Pros:

The location was fantastic, & it’s pet friendly. I liked that there were little signs about tips for staf & to expect fresh towels, emptied trash cans, & that beds were made every other day.

Cons:

On day 2, the beds were not made and there were two footprints on the flat sheet which were not on the bed earlier in the morning or the day before. I didn’t bother complaining to the staff because I was checking out the next morning.

Pros:

The staff was helpful and upbeat. We had a problem with our shower and they came right up and took care of it

Cons:

There wasn't a coffee maker or a microwave in the room

Pros:

The convenience of the location and the price I found.

Cons:

Nothing wrong with the property it’s the cleaning the pillows smelled as if someone had previously laid on them and they didn’t change the cases just refluffed and it only takes one thing to convince me that room was not properly cleaned.

A good option at a great price.
Pros:

Loved the yogurt dispenser! Was an exciting breakfast addition. And the coffee was good too (love the flavored creamer availability). And the staff was incredibly friendly and responsive.

Cons:

I'm not too picky but some of the grout in the bathroom floor tile was black and needed a scrubbing. A little updating (painting, etc.) would help give the rooms more shine.

Pros:

Close to stores, good location. The fella that checked me in was super nice and helpful.

Cons:

A dirty placker tooth pick was found on the floor and hair in the tub when we checked in. Luke warm/Cold coffee, sucks.
