Space fuel and cleanliness
Great place. Quiet and classy.
Proximity to Union Station and MAX line to airport. Room was clean with exceptionally high ceilings. Wonderful bathroom/shower w/ great water pressure.
Nothing.
The location!
My plug next to bed didn’t work so had to charge my phone on another outlet. Not that big of a deal…
All of it. The lobby being open and plenty of private seating to do business or to meet someone in public place but privately.
Computer and printer near front door- open and safe. The rooms were upgraded and truly above the standard airport hotel. Breakfast on real plates and glasses was an upgraded feel.We would stay again.
More shuttle availability. Just runs once on the hour.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was here for 5 nights and truly enjoyed my stay. The fitness center they had was extremely impressive (I had a very low expectation in terms of a gym). It had dumbles of various sizes, a treadmill, a rower and a cycle, they also had clean towels and mats and a bar for pull ups.
They also have 24 hour service cafe in their lobby, their lobby is huge and amazing, great spot to chill. The bed was also big and comfortable, I had glass windows(which cannot be opened) viewing the street and loved the natural light.
They do not have personal microwave or refrigerators in the room. However they do have a common microwave in the lounge and will store your food in the refrigerator of the cafe upon request. The microwave however was dirty, not sure if they clean it often. The dirty gym towels were not cleaned out - I guess they didn't have anybody come in and pick up the dirty towels. Since its on the main street, it can get a little noisy at night (it didn't bother me too much, I am an extremely light sleeper)
Nice
Location
We loved our stay here! The staff was welcoming and informative. We couldn't believe how nice it was at such an affordable rate. Because of this place, we were able to stay downtown and be close to all the things we needed to get to. The room was tastefully appointed and very clean. We will be booking here on every future stay in Portland.
Clean modern. Great cafe amazing shower
Nothing it was exceptional
I love the bathroom and the space
Was having trouble with temperature. It was cold 68°
Very nice hotel and staff, Brendon and Michelle are very nice
I liked everything
Location
There was a weird constant tapping noise above my room.
Oh man, where to start. I absolutely I loved this hotel! It was way beyond my expectations! The staff, including the manager Michelle, were exceptional and entertaining. The Harlow had a small but more than adequate cafe where the pricing was incredibly reasonable. One example was tequila, in my past three star hotel a single shot of tequila went for $16.00, here a double shot would have gone for $7.00 for a double, simply amazing. I am a single 73 year old man with a crippled back and just came off a six month trip to Europe and Africa and left California a couple of weeks later towards British Colombia to visit relatives, I am a very well traveled man that has stayed in hundreds of hotels. The Harlow stands up with the best including 4 and 5 star hotels. Go Michelle, you're doing a fantastic job! When in Portland save yourself some money and stay in a hotel situated in the hep Pearl District, the Harlow!
Nothing, there's nothing to complain about.
The tv connection did not work our entire stay even after calling to fix it. It is quite loud outside in the center of all the homeless people.
Very friendly, kindness staffs.
