Welcoming Resort
Pros:

The resort is beautifully located on the Hilton Head beach. Has all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. Since we traveled with our 3 year old son, we took advantage of all the kids activities. Staff if very helpful and what I loved the most, the place is really clean. I tried the food at HH Prime Restaurant inside the resort and I can say that is extremely tasty

Cons:

You can be picky about the rooms being outdated and what I saw in a lot of comments, but the staff really tries to make your stay enjoyable, so the small discomforts don't seem that bad after all

Excellent vacation spot!
Pros:

It was nice that they had two pools - a family pool and an adult only pool. I loved getting served drinks in the pool.

28th anniversary trip with most being spent here.
Pros:

Good location, steps to the beach, shuttle to our favorite restaraunts. Great place to run or walk or bike. Staff was very friendly and even notified me I had left my running belt behind.

Cons:

Not a fan of dogs in resorts.

Great stay overall. Proximity to the beach was convenient. Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved it!

Disappointed and won’t be back
Pros:

I’m terribly surprised with the Hilton Head resort. Unfortunately negatively. Poor service, poor cleanliness, broken things like toliet seats and showers that backed up. Pool bathrooms with feces on the floor. There needs to be a complete refresh of this hotel. They have done a refresh on the rooms but cheaply. For what we paid I expected much more.

Great places for solo travelers or families
Pros:

Highly recommend the Omni if you are looking for a place to have access to the pool or beach easily. The staff are friendly and helpful. Truly a blessing. Everything was clean and appreciate the additional attention to details.

Relaxing Family Vacation 2026
Pros:

We worked with an amazing travel agent Janice Nearen-Bell who did all the leg work to get us booked at the OMNI Hilton Head. Location is beautiful easy to get to anywhere on the Island. Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. the resort is spaced out as we were there for 4th of July week and was sold out and you would never know it as there are 3 pools and one of them was an adult pool which was a game changer as well. The staff (servers/bartenders) became friends for the week. Molly, David and Sidney were all great and we got to chat with them daily!! Food was good in all restaurants. the front desk extremely accommodating.
