Muy buena opción para conocer la ciudad. El trato del personal excepcional. Las instalaciones bien. El único hándicap podría ser el aparcamiento, nosotros viajamos en moto y no tuvimos problema.

Não é aceitável chamar-se hotel a este estabelecimento, no máximo é residencial.
Com 3 andares, sem elevador, ar condicionado regulado pela recepção (e a pedido!)
Móveis velhíssimos e degradados, a cama rangia sempre que me mexia, fiquei no 1º andar e a água tinha pouca pressão.
Televisão a funcionar mal, internet fraca.
Sem pequeno almoço.
Salvou-se a funcionária da recepção, muito simpática e atenciosa, disponível para ajudar.
Serve para uma noite, de urgência...

Dirty capers floors (had allergy reaction 10 minutes right after entering the room); limited hot water for shower for a family of 4.
No room service on the 25th December.
Low quantity of toilet paper (had to buy because staff almost always off).
Very hard pillows.

Pros:

A good place to stay in the heart of Monção. The staff were very helpful. The picture of the swimming pool is a hot springs pool 10 mins walk away costing 10 Euros
