Kind, cooperative and helpful staff.

Cons:

However, the room had an extremely unpleasant smell — a strong, hard-to-identify odor that was very disturbing. The carpet also appeared dirty, and based on the nature of the smell, it seemed that a previous contamination had not been properly cleaned. I do not consider this acceptable for a 5-star hotel. I reported the issue, and the staff were helpful and even provided an air purifier, but unfortunately it did not resolve the problem. The smell was so disturbing that I slept with a mask for two nights and experienced continuous discomfort.
