The restaurant was closed permanently from 30 June 2026 so no evening meal available in site. I found out they only open Alva House on the ground floor near the lobby for breakfast now, and that no other meals are served. There is no bar or coffee shop or anything else available to sit together to eat and socialise. So it was very lacking in this regard. This suggests to me it is not a five-star hotel unfortunately.

Easy to get there from the airport, a very convenient shuttle bus, very friendly staff.
The pool area is small and not very inviting. Hard to get there, must go through gym, then through a water spray, only a few lounges and not enough seating.
Our toilet in the room didn't work, but was fixed within a couple of hours.
No facilities close by, e.g. shops are about 10min walk away.
Rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Customer service line was top notch A 7/11 inside the hotel facilities was great.
Location was not close to any commerce but it was close enough to a train station. I stayed there for personal reasons but prefer to stay near downtown next time

I have a very enjoyable stay in the Hotel Gym which located in Floor 28, also the Swimming Pool very clean and swimming pool staff so friendly, and I have to give them the credit.👍👍👌
That bad comment for what I mentioned was I didn’t like to stay in the very low Floor like 3 Floor, and I was expected that I should be booked in 20 Floor or 22 Floor, and not the lower Ground Floor like 3 Floor .
