Pros:

It was a nice and comfortable hotel. Easy access to the MTR and a bus station at back of it. Very quite area, but it can get busy. There's local eateries, shopping center, local shops and residential areas

Cons:

Buffet needs to improve a bit.

Perfect stay, would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel. A clean and quiet stay in Shatin District.
Pros:

We liked the breakfast buffet. The selection is enough to have a good full meal to start the day although some are excessively repeating (like the bacon, ham, and sausages). I liked that there are available and useful bus stops that made the location easy to go to (direct service to the airport and the likes) plus there is a free scheduled shuttle going to some locations. Most of the staff are accommodating, friendly, can speak English. If the don't they will find their way to communicate with you.

Cons:

There's no bidet in the toilet or the toilet seat wash option (like in Japan) is not available. I believe this is a good addition to the bathroom facility as not all culture is used to just using toilet papers. Also, the bathroom door doesn't have any lock - just a sliding door so there's no privacy in the toilet. The bathroom walls are also not frosted or at least with reflective film so your family or people you share the room with can see while you do your thing.

Very friendly and helpful reception stuff, I will defiantly be back there again
Pros:

the stuff were super friendly and helpful, they helped with information about the bus to the airport and even gave me HK$20 for the bus when the money exchange machine did not work
