Good location
The breakfast wasn’t that great.
Hotel enorme, personal muy amable y atento, instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, piscina muy correcta. Cama muy cómoda y agradable. Ducha con diferentes grifos. Cerca de una salida de metro. Los autobuses paran enfrente del hotel. Hay un Seven conectado con el hotel muy conveniente.
La ubicación. Demasiado lejos de Kowloon o Hong Kong debido a que se encuentra en "las Nuevas Tierras" en Sha Tin.
Hotel situato in una posizione strategica in Hong Kong, infatti è vicinissimo alla metro che in 10 minuti ti porta in centro città. Camere pulitissime e letto comodo. Colazione principalmente salata, con piccolo buffet di dolci. Vicino vi è anche la stazione del bus che Ti porta all'aeroporto.
L'aria condizionata esagerata. Ma ad Hong Kong è la normalità.
Like the change of having microwave and small table in the room. It's feel more comfort and convenient as I normally stay at least few days each time.
I feel bad going forward no more buffet in the hotel. One of the main point I choose staying in your hotel is buffet dinner. Anyway, I'll see how it improves for the changes in next visit. Thanks
A bit far from the MTR station and no shuttle from MTR station to hotel.... I mean more scheduled shuttle from MTR to hotel only.
Renting Apartment for days
Very friendly staff in front desk. Deeply thankful to Yannes. She is excellent in her professional and kindness attitude. She always tackle our family problems. Very good atmosphere in Hotel and enjoyable for the facilities inside.
I liked the overall cleanliness and I liked the showers with outstanding water pressure. I also loved the curtains that could keep sunlight from waking us very early.
The breakfast buffet is boring (same dishes every day) and offers little to no choices for western travelers. The staff lacked empathy and they seemed like they're forced to be working. The hotel can't lend an adapter to charge phones and expect customers purchase adapters they will use only once. They have no lounge and don't allow to eat in the common areas despite the tables being set empty and despite the fact that they sell food in the same area. The room is labeled as a family room but it's extremely small for the price and there's no room to move around. It's so boring for the kids. It definitely was NOT a family room. They closed the pool because there was a rain warning but I'd wasn't raining and the sun was actually up. No ice dispenser for hot weathers like almost 50 degrees (Celsius) and the small and slow water dispenser serves warm water only. No water in the rooms. No shuttle to downtown or airport. Overall satisfaction is 5/10.
G/F convenience store is very convenient. Room is cosy, clean and comfortable. Room service is prompt to respond for needs.
Only small individual changing bath room at the pool and no spacious female/male changing rooms. No breakfast is included at this rate, even for single traveller. Receptionist was unable to locate the booking with the booking code.

Fantastic and relaxing stay with a stunning river view! The room was spotless, thoughtfully equipped, and the bed wonderfully comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The room was bright, clean, a bit small though for our queen-size option, no - nonsense furnishings and natural palette was relaxing. Our view of an inner courtyard, across to a bus-training area (no noise could be heard) on a rooftop 100m away was fine. Key highlights for us were the rooftop swimming pool with a great view of the nearby river and distant hills, a small gym, and the two-hour complimentary bicycle hire. Nearby cycling tracks along rivers were very enjoyable, and we reached the Heritage Museum and Che Kung Temple easily.
Having read glowing reviews on the buffet breakfast on Booking.com, we booked a package that included it. It was ok but not particularly good; expect very little in terms of selection - coffee was poor quality, croissants were greasy, no omelettes to order, no muesli, natural yoghurt (no other flavours), only 2 kinds of sliced fruit. Staff shouted their non-work conversations during our hour there.
At the rooftop pool, we mistakenly left our room cards by our loungers as we exited through the gym's self-locking door; the two attendants chose to sit together by the pool out of sight of this door. No telephone number was posted on notes outside the gym; luckily, someone left, and my wife went in, found the keys and mentioned that it would be a good idea to put the number on display for guests in the same situation. One of the attendants gave an unacceptable response, along the lines of, "Well, next time, make sure you take all your belongings". He's in the wrong job - no guest paying for a stay in a hotel needs to tolerate rude backchat from staff.
