Very friendly and helpful reception stuff, I will defiantly be back there again
Pros:

the stuff were super friendly and helpful, they helped with information about the bus to the airport and even gave me HK$20 for the bus when the money exchange machine did not work

Worth the money. Will come back again.
Pros:

The location is convenient with easy access to bus stops and only 10min walk to the nearest train station. Hotel provides shuttle bus service throughout the day.

Staff are well trained.

Cons:

Breakfast choice seems a bit bland. Not very tasty.

Overall, the facility is clean and the area is accessible to the Public Transportation and local clean vibes.
Pros:

The buffet staff. They were bussing the table even though we’re not over with our foods yet.

Worst experience in hygiene.
Pros:

It’s in a very good location and near to many transport facilities.

Cons:

The rooms are way too small. They knew we needed connecting rooms and they gave us but they were so tiny we could hardly get around. The hygiene level is really bad. The cleaners just rush to get through to other rooms. We tested them by placing items behind the pillows. They didn’t even move the pillows they tells us they were rubbish at cleaning. The floors were not hoovered. Barrooms not cleaned just rushing to get to next room. I would not recommend this hotel for family travellers.

Cons:

Sehr sehr klein für 2 Erwachsene und ein 3 jähriges Kind. Frühstück war nicht so gut, wie sie ihn verkaufen und sehr weit vom Zentrum

Pros:

Bardzo czysto. Lokalizacja świetna dla rodzin z dziećmi - cicho i spokojnie a z drugiej strony świetnie skomunikowany hotel. Bezpośredni autobus na lotnisko, blisko metra.

Very Nice Hotel 🙂
Pros:

I like the overall facilities, the room is very nice it’s modern. Unfortunately we cannot use their swimming pool because it’s winter. Their Breakfast buffet is excellent so many food choices. The hotel is closed to bus station and MRT. Highly recommend!
