Horrible.
Pros:

Nothing. Worst trip would not recommend too anyone.

Cons:

The whole experience. The place was experience was rundown. The faculties were subpar. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would really like to forget my time there.

It was the worst place I have ever seen for people to stay at.

We did not stay. It was that bad. I asked for my money back. The girl said I would have it in 3 days back on my card. It still is not there. It was dirty, the TV was not hooked up, and the walls were paper thin.

No one to check us in. The room was filthy. Nothing that was advertised was available. There was no restaurant. No hot tub access. We actually left on Saturday. We were to stay until Monday. We requested a refund and Rainbow Mt declined. I am requesting a full refund due to false advertisement.

No one should stay here.
Pros:

I like it was close to Bushkill Falls.

Cons:

We didn’t even stay at our none refundable room. The sheets were soiled. There was food in the bed. No lights except one in corner of room. Mold in shower. A lot of mold. No hot water. Just dirty. No phone in room to call staff. The guy working counter gave personal cell phone number for us to text if needed. I want my money back. We chose to drive 2 1/2 hours home than stay here.

The stay was lackluster and underwhelming.

The staff was very friendly

Cons:

The place is running on fumes. The cabins need painting. The porches are dusty and the furniture is falling apart. The deck chairs at the pool are hit or miss and what type of resort with a pool does not supply pool towels?! The regular bath towels are shoddy but to have to use those at the pool and the shower is just trifling. The place was barely occupied, yet the one meal we had on site was a raw chicken sandwich.

Crooks, ripping off our community
Pros:

This place is a scam and the photos are false advertising. The pool is full of green water and garbage. No one is in the office to help and phone calls go unanswered. And once they have your credit card , they’ll make unauthorized charges to your card for service not received. I cancelled my reservation when I saw the conditions and they still charged my credit card for 3 days. I didn’t stay at all.
