駅からめちゃくちゃ近い！
駅出て右に道沿いに進んだら5分くらい。
レセプションの方はいつもボンジョルノと挨拶してくれフレンドリー。
初イタリアでしたがイタリアの方ってフレンドリーでとっつきやすいです。
部屋もおしゃれで広くて快適。水圧も問題なし。
周りはお店が多くて、フィレンチェの主要観光場所からは離れているけど、フィレンチェはそんなに広くなくほぼ歩いて回れるので問題なかったです。
通りぞいなので治安も悪くはありませんでした。

Bien por el precio, hotel antiguo renovado superficialmente
Pros:

Hotel manejable, cerca del centro y de la estación de SM de Novella. Tiene ascensor, no hay escaleras que subir. Recepcionistas muy amables y atentos. Precio contenido respecto otros hoteles similares. El tamaño de la habitación es correcto para dos personas y maletas.

Cons:

El hotel en si no es moderno, y han intentado darle un aspecto nuevo sin gastar mucho. Un poco de olor a humedad en el baño, algo de moho y el papel pintado levantado en varios sitios. Para dormir y darse una ducha es suficiente, pero no para pasar el tiempo en la habitación. No vi que tuviera espacios comunes.

Cons:

La imagenes de las habitaciones estan hechas con IA. Nada que ver. El ascensor no funcionaba. Y la habitacion parecia un hospital. Nada que ver las fotos con la realidad.

Muito bem localizado!
Pros:

Fiquei apenas por uma noite, estava preocupado pois tinha visto algumas avliações não muito boas, mas o quarto superou minhas expectativas. Grande, camas confortáveis, Recepcionista super gentil. Sem falar na localização estratégica por ser bem próximo à estação de trem.

Cons:

Apenas o chuveiro que era daquele cheio de firulas, mas com pouca vazão, aí acabava que não saia água direito por canto nenhum. Mas nada que atrapalhasse a nossa estadia.
