Tapisserie recollée vulgairement, joints à refaire, aération à nettoyer, insonorisation a revoir, peu d’espace sur la partie toilettes (je ne suis pas grande pourtant), matelas qui fatigue, douche vraiment petite, pas assez de crochet pour les serviettes en salle de bain, poussière visible sur les murs et plainthes.
