Ein einfaches Stadthotel in bester Lage, ein Raum zum Übernachten, weniger zum Wohlfühlen. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen, b

Die Lage war sehr gut, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella und der Altstadt um den Dom. Man findet alles was man braucht direkt in der Nähe. Im Zimmer befanden sich ein kleiner Kühlschrank und sogar ein Fön im Bad (bei 2 Sternen nicht selbstverständlich).

Cons:

Sehr einfache Unterkunft, enger Lift. Sehr verwinkelt, nur ein Fenster zum Fenster zum Hof voller Gerümpel, keine wirkliche Möglichkeit zum Lüften, Zimmer sehr stickig und warm, Bett war hart.

Il personale é stato molto gentile.
La posizione dell'hotel è ottima.
Il livello di pulizia é stato sufficiente.

Cons:

L'aria condizionata non era in funzione e la stanza era troppo calda. Il bagno era molto stretto e puzzava di fumo di sigaretta. Le condizioni strutturali dell'hotel lasciano molto a desiderare - carta da parati strappata, arredamento rovinato.
Il prezzo é stato decisamente troppo alto per la qualitá della stanza.

Staff cordiale e disponibile. Posizione strategica, tra stazione e centro.

Cons:

Ho dovuto farmi cambiare la stanza perche piena di puzza di muffa. La struttura e' datata con tappezzerie usurate sia nelle stanze che negli altri ambienti.

El personal súper amable y muy pendientes de que estés cómodo te informan de cómo moverte, incluso nos cruzamos por la calle y tanto es el detalle que tienen que se paró a saludarnos y comprobar que estábamos disfrutando de la ciudad . Sin duda les doy un 1000 por eso detalles.
