Location is great on walking distance from the station.

Cons:

The room smelled funky. The wall paper is coming off. The room was dark, maybe add some lights. The shower didn't become hot and is in need for maintenance

Wonderful location and staff, Emmanuele and Mikaela were fantastic and practically tour guides!
Pros:

Great staff.The room looked like the pictures, and it's a wonderful location. Great price for the amenities. The free wifi was also very useful. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

I needed to crack the window due to a slightly odd smell, but it wasn't a big deal.

Great location and friendly staff

Cons:

Wallpaper came off every wall! Shower was dirty and had seals leaking or missing. Window didn’t close all the way so cold and street noise were a big factor.

Très bonne localisation entre la gare et les points d’intérêt culturel , personnel très accueillant

La proximité de la gare
La communication avec le personnel, les différentes personnes selon les heures: personnel impeccable, très à l’écoute et aidant
L’espace: grand.

Cons:

La décoration de la chambre et de la salle de bains: un tout petit peu de blanc, rouf le reste gris et noir.
Le prix élevé hors saison touristique , sans petit déjeuner .
Deux petites fuites d’eau constatées dans la salle de bains, pas dommageables pour mon séjour. Signalées. Le personnel a probablement fait suivre.

Es un hotel muy antiguo, le falta mantenimiento. La ventana de mi habitación no cerraba por completo.

공기중에 먼지가 떠돌아다니고, 벌레가 기어다니고 위생 엉망입니다. 들어가자마자 기침나오고 숨이 잘 안쉬어져요. 방은 좁고, 어둡고, 무엇보다 위생이 엉망입니다. 늦은시간일 경우 셀프 체크인해야하고, 직원도 불친절하고 싸가지없습니다.

La jeune femme a l acceuil le 20/01: charmante. L hotel est a 3minutes du tram et 5minutes du centre historique pour un prix très raisonnable. Bravo nous reviendrons.

Pros:

The staff here are incredibly friendly and lovely, making my trip to Rome truly wonderful. The room was cleaned every day and there was always someone immediately available to help when needed. The room was beautiful and clean, I hope to return here.
