Met Rebecca from HGV GREAT TRIP!!
Pros:

Excellent property and met Rebecca from Hilton HGV. Had an incredible conversation and talked vacation packages. Ended up booking an amazing vacation for an amazing package cost! What an incredible experience and such a perfect addition to my stay to meet Rebecca and book an amazing vacation.

Saw my dear friend's child get married. Probably would be unlikely to stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Ist room did not smell great. Was graciously moved to new room with not problem.

Great Customer Service
Pros:

I got in from airport and to hotel around midnight (May 18th). When I got to my room, I had a suspicion something was up with the air. However, I figured it would just take a little bit to get it where I liked it. Well…it never went down and at 3:30AM I was in the lobby asking for help. JUSTIN immediately looked for a new room for me and got me in a cooler room.

I quickly realized that I had left my phone charger in my old room. I called first thing the next morning and MELISSA had my charger found and sent up to me within 15minutes.

So, while the air issue and changing rooms wasn’t ideal, JUSTIN and MELISSA’s
Customer service went above and beyond. Thanks, y’all!!!!

Enjoyed it very completely

Location was very good easy to move in and out, didn't have breakfast there

Cons:

After I checked out hours later I come to find that my wallet was missing and remembered I had left it in the room I was staying. I called thr hotel and let them know I left my wallet in the room, the front desk staff was very respondent and took quick action to recover my wallet. I was later informed by Mr Austin of the good news they had found it and would hold on to it till I get there, I was very happy and grateful they responded quickly and to informed me, I thank you and the staff for a job well done and for that I'll be using Double Tree Hotel more often, Thank you again your staff earn a gold star.
