Cons:

Check in was supposed to be at 4:00pm. We got there and 60+ people were waiting for a room. Nobody could check in. Then we were told we could get a call when our room was ready…we never received a call. Our room was finally ready at 11:00pm. We missed the concert, which was the whole point of the stay.

Pros:

Everything is always good when I stay at the double tree.

Cons:

I opened the fridge and there was food from the previous stay 🤢. Slightly disappointed but other then that. I always stay at a double tree 🌳 🌳

Didn’t get enough sleep
Pros:

Close to the airport, shuttles every 15 minutes, good airport parking fees

Cons:

The AC, you could set it for 65 degrees and the AC had a mind of its own, it would start getting cold enough to fall asleep then as soon as it cut off it was hot. Couldn’t sleep worth a shit there. Everything else was 5 star

Outstanding customers service
Pros:

Hello, I am Flight Attendant from a major airline and yesterday we arrived very late at Double Tree hotel. Mr. Neilams was the guest representative whom welcomed us after a long and hard working day. Mr. Neilams, it was extremely welcoming and attentive to our needs; offerings cookies, waters and made sure that our rooms were ready. I really appreciate the promtelity, attention, and the warm welcome. Amazing job.

Horrible communication with night manager
Pros:

When moved to another room, after sleeping in a HOT room the first night, since the night manger didn't respond to me me skittle after an hour of waiting, the new room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Night manager Ashley, didn't touch base with me after "sending a tech" for the temp in the room, waited up for an hr of me messaging her multiple times, was not helped until the morning when I went down to front desk

Avoid, high crime area
Pros:

Avoid this hotel, in a sketchy location, my vehicle and many others windows smashed, broken in to. Staff could care less, no manager to talk to and no return call. Security guard in lobby not in parking lot where needed. Bar/restaurant disorganized, slow , average food/ overpriced. Also nothing nearby to walk to to find food. Horrible experience
