La ubicacion.

Cons:

Demasiado pequeña la habitacion para dos personas
Cero aislacion ...se escuchaba la tele de la hab contigua y cuando tosia!
Existia un ventanal en la murallla del baño que daba a la habitacion y era la parte dw arriba del closet.. parecia como una adaptacion para hacer un closet...y con yn minimo espacio para movilizarte.sin espacio real para poder abrie una maleta..
No pedi cambio de hab porque llegamos tarde y el hotel estaba full.

Los colchones están muy blandos ya. Voy seguido a Pto Varas y varias veces estuve en el hotel Germania .

Relajante y ambiente familiar de muy buena atención.

El ambiente en general es muy bueno, muy familiar.
El personal es muy amable, todos siempre atentos en todo. Las habitaciones muy abrigadas y buenas camas. Todo funciona muy bien en general.

Cons:

No es que no me guste, pero solo agregar 2 cosas:
La primera es mejorar un poco más el desayuno, que tuviera más variedad en todo, especialmente en los jugos y dulces. En general aumentar mucho más las opciones de comida ya que todos los días lo mismo es un poco latero.
Segundo tema sería los estacionamientos pero se entiende que haya pocos por la ubicación del hotel.
