Al check in y check out el recepcionista fue muy amable haciendo todo el proceso muy rapido y él muy servicial. Habitacion y baño limpios y la vista era agradable.

Cons:

Al desayuno la leche estaba mala le pedimos a la chica del desayuno cambiarla y ni siquiera pidieron disculpas por el inconveniente.

Aspectos negativos:

Grave problema de privacidad durante la estadía. El 11 de abril a las 15:30 hrs, personal del hotel ingresó a la habitación utilizando llave maestra sin autorización y sin esperar un tiempo razonable tras tocar la puerta, mientras yo me encontraba dentro con mi pareja.

La explicación entregada posteriormente fue que no había señal de “No molestar” y no hubo respuesta inmediata, lo cual no debería justificar el ingreso a una habitación ocupada.

Además, la forma en que se manejó la situación posteriormente no fue adecuada.

Si bien el hotel respondió al reclamo indicando que reforzará sus protocolos, no se entregaron detalles concretos de las medidas a implementar.

Este tipo de situaciones afecta directamente la confianza y seguridad que uno espera al alojarse.

Nos encantó. Estuvimos muy cómodos. Hasta tiene un espacio de juegos para niños en la recepcion… todo bien el desayuno muy completo.
