The doors are not set property. You can hear them slam on every floor at all hours. It's ridiculous. I've never seen anything like this at any property. We've spent a fortune on points to stay at this far from restful hotel. Furious. Another really bad Hilton licensee.
I've had better breakfast at a Hampton. The oatmeal was soup. Grey water. I didn't even see any oats. Dried out potatoes. Sad eggs. Chemical filled yogurts in tiny plastic containers. Just buy bulk Greek yogurt and put it in a bowl. Thoughtless and depressing breakfast.
Here's the thing, all of this is easily corrected at a reasonable cost. They aren't doing it.

We flew in for a concert, our room was not ready when we arrived for checkin (wasn’t ready for over an hour and a half), we ended up in 2 full sized beds instead of the king we reserved - so that we could change and leave for the concert (which we left later than we wanted to due to this). We were given “breakfast vouchers” for 6:30 the next morning, but no breakfast was ready @6:30 and we had to leave to the airport. They were completely unprepared for the weekend (it caught them off-guard)!

What breakfast?
Tbedside clock had wrong time-could not be corrected. Heater/cooler ran all night, very loudly.
the hot tub was slimy. the pool was not heated. the breakfast service was closed. the bar was closed. sunday afternoon check in had only one clerk. the room had no desk or chair. the room had no cushion chair and lamp. the room was clean. the room was too far from the lobby.
My room was near the elevators which made a lot of noise when they go up and down, disturbing my sleep.
Room was decent, staff was great, TV didn’t work the whole time, fitness center was nice

The staff was great, very helpful. The area clean and safe.
The rooms were very clean and quiet.
No operating restaurant or bar. Bottled water in room was free for Diamond Club members only and was $3.00 for everyone else. Nice Samsung flat screen TV in room, but the streaming service kept going down, making it difficult to watch anything.
Rooms are big and comfortable.
Parking is not close for handicapped.
