Affordable, comfortable and beautiful river views
Pros:

Very comfortable and quiet hotel rooms even during school holidays! Delicious food from Otties restaurant and friendly staff.

Cons:

Only negative is the room service menu. Food was awful, but that seems to be the theme from many hotels! Eat at the bar or restaurant instead.

Staying at Crowne Plaza was the prefect way to complement a birthday weekend in Melbourne.
Pros:

Picture prefect view of marvelous Melbourne looking east. Our room was clean and very comfortable, the bed and pillows provided us with a peaceful sound sleep.
Cocktails at the Dive Bar were very nice.

Cons:

The pool was not a constant 28 degrees, maybe the addition of a spa.
