our Ubers (3) had difficulty finding the entrance. The sign at the beginning of the ramp wasn't specific enough for the drivers
we could hear the street noise from outside specially at night.
the breakfast buffet was ordinary. nothing spectacular.
My wife had an accident in the room and had to be hospitalised for 3 days. We had to check out on Sunday as per the original booking but we had to stay longer as my wife couldn't fly due to her injury. Morel from customer service didn't make any effort to make us extend our stay at the Crowne Plaza. we had to book another hotel

We were comfortable, we were not. in the room very much so suited us
Pros:

I meant to book a different room, but something obviously did not go through, however we were very comfy.

Cons:

It was not a big issue, but we requested some ice. The reception told us that it would be fine, but it never arrived.
