Great stay top quality
Pros:

Nice clean quiet room modern bathroom, big TV, comfy bed. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

There was no water supply in the room except for the bathroom. But that is common in hotels so no big deal. There was a water source in the lobby.

Convenient location. Great facilities.
Pros:

Excellent location across the bridge from The Plenary event being attended & a nice walk from the bus station. The 10th floor room/view, bed & bath facilities were excellent. Ottos for breakfast was really nice & staff here were really attentive, Pow Wow for lunch was nice also & had a lovely ambience.

Cons:

Fairly sure I could have been checked into a room earlier than 3pm, waiting for some time in/around Reception & concierge confirmed my case was in the room. Watched a number of people being checked-in prior to me but arriving well after. The size of the quinoa salad plate on the dining-in menu was really small for the cost. Bottled water in the fridge would be nice as a staple supply.

Extremely disappointed
Pros:

It’s has nice view but nothing else was good.

Cons:

Coffee was bad, old carpet on the floor, booked two rooms connected but only got one, it’s was a very bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend going there.

Cons:

The footpath works were a bit annoying as it was pouring rain, as I'm not from Melbourne next time I will catch a tram as I come off the train from Southern Cross Station.
