Will definitely be back, absolutely loved it.
Pros:

Staff provided excellent service and were so friendly to our kids making them so comfortable during the stay. Breakfast included in our stay was lovely and had a good selection. Hotel staff helped with parking and luggage which was a bonus given we had kids. PNothing could beat the location of the hotel, the views!!, close to everything and accessible. Close to free city trams and attractions. Rooms were easy to get to, comfortable and clean! Absolutely loved our stay

Cons:

The pool was supposed to be heated but it was so cold! It could be better if it was indoors as Melbourne weather wasn’t great and also so the kids could have enjoyed it.

Pros:

Location was good and easy to get around. Front door guys were awesome and very friendly and helpful for out of towners

Cons:

Noise between rooms was un bearable as seems doors and walls have almost zero noise baffling. The corridor noise from kids late into the evening was appalling.

The tv was no good should have more options with that. The pool was freezing. Should have been heated. No spa or sauna which would have been perfect.
