Pros:

comfortable and allowed us to leave our bags after checking out for a further couple of hours as we wanted to go somewhere else

Cons:

shower water ran down the glass door and ended up going under it and onto the bathroom floor everytime we look a shower so the bathroom was constantly wet

Cons:

Room very poky for the money paid and previous stay was excellent and was for 2 people only with large room and lest cost compared to this amount people. Bed very cold,doona too small for cover , 20cm each side was just cover no doona, no extra blankets.

Amazing staff
Pros:

This hotel is so well located and the parking and breakfast package is such great value. Appreciate that the hotel gave good instructions to get to the parking with the road works going on. Our room was lovely and the bed was super comfy. Where this place really shines is the staff - right from the valet on entry everyone was so lovely, chatty and helpful. We called in for dessert after a night out and bit the bartender and waitress were really attentive and up for a chat about how our day was, how the meal was and what brought us to Melbourne. The location and the room got us in, but the service will get us back!

Fine for a work trip but not great for a weekend away.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

The check in experience wasn’t great. My husband is a member of IHG but because I booked on bookings.com apparently it wasn’t possible to add his membership to the booking. The lady who checked us in was very unhelpful when we asked about this.
The rooms are small, there’s no mini bar offering and no bottled or filtered water on the floor.
