Chambre très confortable, et literie top
J'aime beaucoup cet hôtel : un très bon accueil, des chambres propres et aménagées avec goût. Le plus : la restauration sur place, de belles et bonnes assiettes avec la spécialité locale : la raclette mais aussi d'autres très bonnes choses à déguster. Le personnel reste très sympathique et souriant même en plein rush ce qui n'est pas le cas partout. J'y ai déjà fait 2 séjours et j'y retournerai.

Amazing staff plus nice location only Airco would make it amazing
Super god service i receptionen, knap så god ved morgenmaden, hvor vi kom en time før de ryddede væk, men der var flere ting som var løbet tør og de gad ikke fylde op. Vi bad om chokolade croissant. De sagde at de desværre ikke havde flere. 25min senere kom der på magisk vis chokolade crossaint(måske havde flere brokket sig??). Puderne på værelset var stenhårde. Lidt underligt ikke at kunne lukke ordentligt af ind til toilettet. Fint rent og lydisoleret.
Hotellet var alt i alt fint, men synes ikke det var pengene værd for at være ærligt!
I'd of preferred if the room had air conditioning, but leaving the balcony door open helped. Shower was small and you could just smell the drain slightly. The real bug bear is the pillows or the lack of them, there was what i could only describe as a couch cushion and we each had one to use as a pillow. Was very please with the underground parking. Food was good but the chips that come with the steak need a fair bit of work. Table we had in the restaurant was placed in a certain way that when ever you touched it and wobbled massively, i ended up having to hold my foot down on it for the hour we were in there.
We loved the food and it was a great deviation to a nicer stay during the tour de Mont Blanc.
No air conditioning and was hot. Couldn't leave the window open because of the noise from the nearby dining/bar.

Je me suis rendu dans cette région pour un déplacement professionnel le 17 avril 2025.
Suite aux intempéries exceptionnels qui ont eu lieu ce jour la (1.2 mètres de neige a belle plagne) j’ai été contraint de faire demi tour l’accès à bourg saint Maurice était fermé.
Malgré cela , l’hôtel a refusé catégoriquement de me rembourser.
Le petexete : « je n’y suis pour rien si il neige »
Séjour d une nuit, accueil très convivial. Hotel et chambre très propre.
Chambres confortables avec une chouette déco, configuration pratique et spacieuse. Petit bémol : les oreillers !!!!

Séjour au coeur de la Tarentaise, en famille permettant d'aller aisément skier aux Arcs via le funiculaire ou de se rendre à Tignes en 30 minutes de voiture.

Upon arrival, I realized that I had booked the wrong date. The front desk staff managed to accommodate me and assured me that I would not be penalized for the change of date… Front desk charged my credit card for the stay while assuring me that the reservation service would refund my original booking…
Well, it turns out that the reservation service came back and refused to refund the original booking as agreed with front desk.
To this date, reservation service keeps on refusing to refund me despite many attempts to explain, clarify and kindly ask for honoring their words.
Dans l'ensemble j'ai trouvé que leur prestation hôtelière était honorable jusqu'à la dernière minute où on m'a dit, entre autres, que si je pouvais pas porter mes bagages, fallait aller à l'hôpital alors que je me suis cassé des côtes au ski durant mon séjour. C'est pour le moins consternant et indigne. A éviter.

This is a large ski hotel 300 rooms which is aimed at the younger clientele. Room was small and clean there was prices parking.
