Nothing, which is unusual as we travel regularly! Rooms spotless, breakfast amazing and gym very good too. This hotel made our stay in Quito relaxing and memorable.
The location is great, making it easy to get around the city and access nearby restaurants and attractions. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable overall. All in all, it’s a solid and reliable choice for a stay in Quito.
One downside was an issue with the payment system when trying to use a VISA card. I attempted to pay with three different VISA cards, but none of them worked, so I had to switch to a Mastercard instead, which wasn’t ideal. This caused a delay of over 30 minutes in the lobby during check-in, which was a bit frustrating after arriving.

All the staff were extremely helpful & the property was modern & clean with cafes, restaurants & a supermarket within easy walking distance.
The breakfast was fantastic. The best we had during our stay in South America. The hotel is a short walk to a supermarket and is in a safe neighbourhood.
Stayed for my first couple of nights in Quito. Very clean, great location walkable to many cute restaurants, breweries, and markets. Breakfast was outstanding.
