Comfortable, modern hotel for a good price but nicer areas are available at a higher cost.
Pros:

First trip to Quito. The hotel was very nice and a good value. Staff were great and breakfast was incredible.

Cons:

There is a construction site right next to the hotel and they started very early in the morning. The area around the hotel is just OK. It would be nicer if it was closer to Carolina park.

Propreté / personnel très professionnel et amical / petit-déj copieux et varié / chambre très grande avec vue (15ème étage) + lit confortable / salle de sport très bien équipée, propre, climatisée avec serviettes et boissons offertes, ouverte 24/24. Très grand réactivité du personnel pour régler des petits problèmes (store bloqué et télé momentanément non fonctionnelle).

Cons:

Connection wifi un peu limite (chambre 1506) pour passer un coup de fil wifi et du coup télé digitale parfois interrompue.
Carte du restaurant inchangée depuis plusieurs années, prix un peu élevé pour le pays, et service lent.

Ask for a high floor room
Pros:

We intended to give this hotel 5 out of 5 but a Friday night party blasting out beyond 3 in the morning left us with no sleep. We were offered a higher floor but too late. Otherwise good size rooms friendly staff and a great breakfast choice
