Never ever use booking .com
Pros:

IHG and holiday inn new Albany were great , its this ignorant booking .com that screwed everything up , booking.com bought all the rooms so I couldn’t use my IHG points which totally messed up our budget for this trip , then booking .com is so stupid when you reserve a room for 3 adults it’s obvious you’ll need 2 beds , booking put us in a room with one bed , we’re not perverts, thankfully holiday inn fixed it for us . Will NEVER use booking.com again

Was decently comfortable in my room, but this hotel needs some TLC

My room was clean and the front desk lady was nice

Cons:

The property is pretty rundown and dirty outside of the rooms. Thankfully, my room was better, but there were still some dirty areas that could’ve used some cleaning in my room- long hairs on the bathtub side . Definitely needs some TLC throughout the hotel.

Decent hotel with a FANTASTIC breakfast environment & hostess (Eleanor)
Pros:

Breakfast was the highlight, mainly because of Eleanor. What a gem! I would hire this woman if I had the chance....

Cons:

The shower was a bit tired, shower head didn't function correctly, and there was low water pressure.
