Ground floor room, parking right by my door, rooms clean and good layout, spacious bathroom the shower enclosure was convenient great water pressure and shower head, free bottled water , in room coffee….. and both the night and morning desk clerks were welcoming and helpful!

Wonderful place to stay with great amenities and friendly staff.
Pros:

Wonderful front desk. Perry was friendly and we enjoyed the welcome. Free bottle water provided. Clean, modern, with a very comfortable bed at a great price.

Pros:

Road trip with our two big dogs from Seattle to LA. Americana Modern Hotel was a perfect fit for our family for our quick overnight in Redding enroute to LA. BIg shout out to the front desk staff person who was so kind and accommodating (I wish i had gotten his name!) . We had a great stay!

I’d stay here again
Pros:

The property was clean and close to the bars and restaurants in the area. Price was not bad either compared to surrounding areas. The beds were probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel. I’d stay here again.
