Staff
The bathroom door was busted
great staff and clean room
The bed was very comfortable
There was nothing extraordinary. and the cleanliness and amenities were average
Staff excellent, friendly. Property feels worn down, very surprised how squeaky the platform of the bed was and how hard the mattress was. Outside hallways just feel rundown.
One of the few hotels in the Raleigh area not located alongside a busy freeway.
I think rooms needs a little renovations. I found a roach and left hours of checking in. The refrigerator in the room was old and broken. The bathroom door the lock was lose and broken.
Run down rooms with patchy paint and trim. Doorstopper on back of the bathroom door was hanging off. Weird design of the shower with seashell-shaped shelf dead center 10 inches from the floor so you have to keep your ankles close together was awkward. Bedframe was noisy when weight shifted whatsoever. Neighborhood was industrial area with junkyards, utility company repair yards, etc. Everything worked though. Great front desk staff and cleaning crew. I’d stay there again but it may be off-putting for some guests.
It was a good stay for a business trip, booking this place from now on
It was clean which was important
It is a typical hotel, but it is clean, staff is friendly and the room is very roomy. Excellent room for the cost.
Roaches, cigarette burns all over, filthy bathrooms and rude staff
Good
It was a nice room but the breakfast they serve comes from a dollar store very low quality…
Room was musty. Sheets had holes in them. It was a basic room, nothing to brag about. When it mentioned breakfast, it was frozen waffles, cereal and pop tarts. Will I book again, probably not. It was just convenient
This motel was in a convenient location and the price was reasonable. However, it is showing its age, other people were loud, and I felt unsafe. Worst of all was the breakfast - donuts, sugary cereals, white bread, and no protein, not even peanut butter. I would not recommend unless you are on a very tight budget.
The Staff was absolutely horrible. The black gentleman at the front desk charged my card without my authorization the night before for a single night then when I checked in to pay the remaining balance behaved as if I did not have the money to stay a motel they had already charged me a full night for. They double charged my room then said they would give it away if I couldn’t pay a $50 deposit. I had to call my bank on speaker for them to fix everything and give me my room key. They did not go into to the room once to clean it while I stayed. 4 nights for an event in town. Though they were moving to clean rooms every morning. The breakfast was Saran wrapped pop tarts and box donuts bought the day of. Even at check out another man looked at me crazy when I asked for a printed copy of my receipt. Stay here if you must but the staff is not kind and the rooms will be dirty.
I was given a "suite" because the room I reserved was already taken, apparently. Side note: I called in advance for my room because my flight was delayed until midnight. Well, I get to the property and I am already regretting it. I was told the shower doesn't function but the tub was the best part! Wow... I get in there with the diabolical smell of cigarette smoke and linens from the 50s. Housekeeping was, loud, rude and unmannerly. I just cant... NEVER AGAIN. Mind you, I also paid over 700 for 3 nights... pshh..
The breakfast was decent.
