ارجو ان يستمرو بنفس الاحترافية وان يجعلو الفطور بالغرف متاح ومجاني نظرا لظروف بعض النزلاء الصحيه

كل شي رررررراقي واحترافي بمعنى الكلمة ويخدمون الجميع بنفس المستوى

طلبت الفطور للغرفة وجابو مله اجبان ودفعوني 120 دولار وهو مذكور انه مجانا

Terrible Stay
Pros:

Hotel was big and lots of facilities, location was good

Cons:

Too many people was accepted, we can't use any facilities like swimming pool, sauna and etc. Everywhere lots of line and hotel should calculate its places and then accept such many people. Terrible stay in general

A Truly Heartwarming Stay - Felt Like Home!
Pros:

Our stay at this resort was absolutely wonderful. Although we had a minor issue at the beginning, the way the team handled it was incredible; they turned it into a positive experience and made sure we were completely happy. The level of kindness and hospitality here is rare; we truly felt like we were at home.
Nabila from Guest Relations is simply amazing. I cannot thank her enough for her exceptional care, her kindness, and for going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She is the heart of this place!
Special thanks also to Gokhan Abi from the restaurant he was incredibly kind, attentive, and his warm personality made every meal a delight. and to Ismail & Yasmin from the Spa for the relaxing experience. I would also like to thank Murat Abi, Furkan, Selen, Zehra, and Sivel for their great support and for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay.
The food was delicious and beautifully prepared—huge thanks to all the Chefs and to Intan from the cafe!
While I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't a dedicated ladies-only pool, I still managed to enjoy the pool during the quiet hours. Finally, the resort is stunningly clean and the attention to detail is lovely, especially the nameplates for the plants and trees. Thank you for everything!
