Generous, spacious rooms with stunning forest views and a spa that redefines relaxation
Pros:

Elite World Grand Sapanca is a stunning forest retreat perched on a hill, surrounded by nature. The spacious rooms offer beautiful dual views either of the forest with distant village houses and mosques or overlooking the pools. The room was spotless, and the three-section bathroom design was practical. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ideal for back-pain sufferers, and the soft towels and bathrobes were a nice touch.
The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable everywhere, even outdoors.
Clean outdoor pools and fun water games for kids, with scenic walkways around the lake offering beautiful forest views.
The spa is a major highlight: massive, pristine, with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and changing rooms, service is top-notch, perfect for a full day of rejuvenation.
The breakfast and dinner buffets were diverse and delicious, with outstanding local desserts, though western sweets were less impressive.
The staff were friendly, check-in and out was swift, and the live lobby music created a pleasant atmosphere. The gym is also well-equipped.

Cons:

The biggest issue is the room policy: there is no single large family room for 4 guests, forcing us to book two separate rooms, which significantly increased the overall cost.
The access road is steep and winding with no guardrails. Parking is also a hassle, no indoor or sheltered lot; cars are left outside along the resort wall, exposed to rain and wind.
The building is huge and requires long walks to main elevators (though using the spa elevators helps).
The adults-only pool (+16) felt gloomy, and I wished it were heated for evening swims.
Many events are weekend-only, and activities like bowling and arcade games are paid.
Fresh apple and orange juices are chargeable despite the abundant free food, and no snacks are offered between meals.
There is also no iron in the room.
Overall, a beautiful resort with excellent facilities and food, but families should be aware of the costly room arrangement and the parking inconvenience.

الفندق لم يكن بالمستوى المطلوب، خدمة الطعام أكثر بكثير من المتوقع، لكن الفندق و المرافق مزدحم بشكل مزعج، بحيث لا تستطيع استخدام برك السباحة او المطعم او الألعاب او حتى التمشية بالممرات براحة و دون ازعاج،،، الموظفين منهكون و لا يهتمون بشكل جيد من كثرة الازدحام و الضغط عليهم، لا يستحق المبلغ الذي دفع فيه
