Two rented bedrooms and owner in the living room, with shared bathroom. Not worth the money.
Pros:

The location was okay, close to Termini. The owner was polite.

Cons:

The add doesn’t state clearly enough that it is a room within a occupied apartment where the second room is rented and the owner spends most of the day in the living room (and he smokes there). This shared space and shared bathroom setting is not absolutely worth it for the money. The bathroom was not clean enough for a shared room, a wet rug was often left on the floor and the bin was not emptied often enough.

Pros:

Assez difficile pour accèder au logement nous n'avions pas le code pour pouvoir entrer dans l'immeuble et ne savions pas
l'étage - avons fait appel a un voisin
bien accueilli par le propriétaire
sinon rien a redire pour le logement celui ci très bien situé non loin de la gare de Termini

Une chambre très pratique, bon marché et très bien placée.
Pros:

L'hôte Massimo est très sympathique et disponible. La chambre est grande et confortable mais surtout très bien placée à 10min de la gare de Termini, très pratique et du centre historique. Qualité/prix très intéressant pour profiter de Rome !

Terrible.
Cons:

The description vs reality are quite different. The room is within someone's apartment. We then questioned the arrangement and was told other guests would be in the other room sharing the one bathroom. It was uncomfortable not knowing who or when to expect others in the house. The host was rude and difficult to communicate with making the whole arrangement very awkward, he was also present randomly in the apartment throughout the stay. For our entire 3 months travelling around Europe, this would be the worst accommodation by far.

Pros:

The room was very cool looking with a spiral staircase and the owner was understandable when we said we needed to leave to get cash for the extra tax

Cons:

We got very lost when we entered the building and had to call the owner multiple times. The room was very hot. *He told us that he would charge us if we used AC. The bathroom was also kind of gross and had a weird smell.
