La habitación en general muy bueno 👌

Cons:

El personal no hicieron limpieza de la habitacion no hay cordialidad en los recepcionistas en mi segunda noche tuve problemas para acceder a mi habitación tuve que volver hacer registro de entrada cosa que en ningún hotel me había pasado

Pour le petit déjeuner, Des fruits autres que melon et/li légumes frais seraient
Salle de sports avec équipements basiques
La machine. À café dans la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas correctement
Le service du petit déjeuner qui me demande de régler 2 petits déjeuners sur 4 alors qu’ils ont déjà été réglé lors de la réservation

Pros:

Overall it was a nice clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. I would stay again.

Cons:

I think the breakfast option could have been different. There were eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast (of which i could only eat the potatoes).There were no fruits. If I had kids with me they probably would have wanted some dry cereal options

Pros:

The location.
The male staff in the front desk during the day of checked in on the 7th of July and check out on the 10th.
He was very friendly and helpful.
Make the place welcoming.
The other staff out front will benefit learning from him.

Cons:

I was initially called out to pay for my kids breakfast when I paid for breakfast to be included with the stay.
This done as we were checking in to join family for breakfast.
Staff should have addressed the issue on check in.
On a positive note, staff resolved the issue.

First of all, they didn't have the room that we had booked. Which was the king's size bed. Then, they told my husband room 309, but it was really room 304 and that no.King size bedrooms were available and they were giving us two queen size. Upon entering the room, there was one bed. And we have a Queen at home. I truly feel this bed with smaller
We had to call for remote control.Because our room did not have one. My husband went out to grab something to eat, and we figured we could warm it up in our room.We could not find a microwave.Maybe there was one, but we could not find one at one o'clock in the morning. Definitely not somewhere I would stay again

Nice enough, but expensive!
Pros:

Nice enough hotel. It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Pool should have been open until 10pm (instead of 8pm)

For the amount of money we paid for the room, breakfast should have been included.
