Мне всё очень даже понравилось!
Pros:

Больше всего понравился сам отель. Номера хорошие, соответствует своей цене, всё было чисто! Персонал отзывчивый, при необходимости в любое время объяснят, подскажут, помогут. Парковка очень даже большая. Рядом есть круглосуточные
магазины. При желании можно заказать завтрак за 2500 тг на человека. Супер. Спасибо, всё понравилось!

Отличное место, чисто, уютно! Рядом кафе очень вкусное!
Pros:

Очень хорошее месторасположение, чистая и удобная пастель, меняют полотенца каждый день, вкусные завтраки!!!!!

Cons:

поменять телевизор в люксе, уж маленький для такого номера, можно было бы ставить воду в номер!

В данном отеле останавливаюсь не первый раз, в первую очередь это расположение отеля в Алматы , рядом Атакент, Мега , видны горы 😍. В отель есть отдельный заезд подальше от улиц, окружен больницами , поэтому тихо, нет лишнего шума и суеты. Отель небольшой , но очень уютный , особенно радует персонал, отзывчивый, на каждую просьбу реагируют быстро и с улыбкой на лице 🥹. В номерах очень чисто и это самый большой плюс, белоснежное белье, хорошая кровать, все средства гигиены предоставляют и приятным бонусом гостям презент от отеля (Ташкентский чай с вкусняшками)👍. На территории прекрасный ресторан европейской кухни, стейки просто изумительные. Завтраки вкусные, по просьбе клиентов могут принести в номер. Отдельное спасибо админу Тамыржан 👍. Обязательно вернусь и буду предлагать своим знакомым☝️
