Unfortunately, we didn’t get to sample breakfast as it was closed for maintenance. But the hotel had a nice feel and the surrounding area was lovely. Close to Team labs

Little hidden gem
Pros:

More like a bed and breakfast type place.
Extremely clean, well appointed modern rooms including washing machine.

Breakfast changes daily as a set menu + few additional options.
Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful.

Few minutes walk to Kyoto main station.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, sehr gute Zimmerausstattung, geräumige Zimmer, guter Kaffee und heiße Schokolade in der Lobby (umsonst), tolle Lokale in der nächsten Umgebung. Die Fahrt zu den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten in Kyoto mit Taxi vom Hotel ca. 10€, was ich empfehlen würde, weil man sonst ewig mit ÖPNV unterwegs ist. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Keine Fenster zum Öffnen.

Loved the location and over facilities in the room
Pros:

Location to Kyoto station and buses to tourist attractions was perfect

Cons:

The bathroom smelt mouldy and the toilet smelt of urine. The mouldy smell kept me awake the first night even with the door closed. Made me feel a little sick. Room facilities and the ambience overall was lovely but the bathroom let it down.

BEST HOTEL EVER
Pros:

Eigenlijk alles. We hadden een hotelkamer geboekt maar kregen een appartement met keuken magnetron koelkast met vriezer, was/droogmachine, oven, kookplaat en een aparte spa douche met een bad erbij en een aparte wc met alle opties die je maar kunt bedenken. De kamer was mega groot. De locatie was perfect, 400 meter van het station. En de hele dag door gratis koffie, capucinno ed en thee en koekjes. En de koffie was uitstekend, zegt deze koffiekenner. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd en is elke dag anders of een soort van tosti of soep met croissant en verse smoothies.
En de prijs per nacht was niet anders dan de andere 9 hotels die we hadden geboekt in Japan en waarvan sommigen veel minder goed waren.

Cons:

Helemaal niks.

Fantastic stay with friendly stay in a good location.
Pros:

This was our favourite hotel in the 3 weeks we spent in Japan. Beautiful design, friendly staff, down a quiet side street, short walk to train station and easy access to other transport. Breakfast was good with a set breakfast and a small selection of buffet items. The room was spacious, with a washing machine and drying rack.

Beautiful rooms, amazing location, and the in-room laundry is a life-saver!
Pros:

Everything! Absolutely perfect location (right next to the station yet incredibly quiet), lovely staff, gorgeous rooms, and for someone who had already been traveling for 2 weeks and will be traveling for a few more, the in-room laundry facilities were a blessing. No notes, 10/10 stay and would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here!

I highly recommend this hotel. Could not fault it at all.
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Located down a small side street it was very quiet and had a wonderful feel about it. The room was perfect. Comfortable beds and pillows, lovely bathroom facilities, little kitchenette with washing machine/dryer and a lovely ambience and feel to it.
Breakfast was fantastic and very delicious each day.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming also.
