Château Côte de Nacre

Absolutely stunning property! The pond is alive with sweet ducks, swans, and beautiful landscape. Enjoyed our time there immensely.

Clean, very comfortable and great location for exploring the Normandy museums, monuments and beaches. A gorgeous chateau is a brilliant location - walkable to the beach and local bakery (which is delicious). Sandra was just fantastic, sharing local history and stories. Highly recommend.

Der er ikke noget at udsætte på komfort, rengøring eller kundeservice, men det er helt klart, at der kan findes gode hoteller med både morgenmad og bemandet reception etc. til den samme eller lavere pris i området.

Fantastic stay. Sandra (the owner) was amazing, really responsive, and went the extra mile with my daughter, who loved feeding the animals.
Setting and history of the building is incredible. If you are planning to visit D-Day beaches, British memorial and museum you could not pick a better location. Lovely little bakery around the corner too, which we walked to every morning. 5* without doubt, and we will definitely be heading back.

Amazing place , beautiful surroundings, we had a wonderful stay . The owner was very warm, friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We had our beautiful cockapoo with us and he absolutely enjoyed it .

Beautiful property, very peaceful, spotlessly clean with everything you need. Terrace apartment had direct access to a lovely seating are overlooking the lake. Well located for all the sights, with a fab bakery just a few minutes walk away for breakfast pastries. Kids loved the pool and feeding the sheep, rabbits and ducks. Sandra was a great host.

An absolute gem. Great stay and the host was awesome. Very clean, well prepped, all facilities worked. Location is awesome and easy to get to. We did all the D-day beaches from the place. In the morning walk down to the village to get warm fresh croissants and other breads.

We loved our holiday. The accommodation and the gardens are beautiful. It is very relaxing and the children and adults enjoyed feeding all the animals on the property and getting back to nature. We will definitely be back.

Super séjour en famille, la propriété est magnifique et quel plaisir de nourrir les animaux! Une petite partie de ping-pong ensuite et pour clôturer la journée un tour dans la piscine… bref, on s’est régalé!

Week-end très agréable a la Toussaint 2021 en famille. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Parfait pour les enfants avec le grand parc, la piscine et tous les animaux.

prachtige verblijfplaats vlak bij de invasiestranden. 800 meter verderop is het eerste monument te vinden, heel indrukwekkend. Ontzettend aardige en competente gastvrouw , fijn dat de hond mee mocht. Echt een aanrader

The location is excellent, we enjoyed the idyllic setting, and the owner was most helpful, quickly answering any questions and helped us get our covid test for returning to US.

Everything is perfect, place with high ceilings and windows. Beautiful garden full of birds and other cute creatures for children to admire.

What a wonderful place to stay!! Sandra was a wonderful host and the property is beautiful. We stayed in the panoramic with 4 adults and 3 little kids. Beds were comfy and the apartment was nicely decorated. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils/cookware you could need.

There are two spacious bedrooms downstairs, each with private showers. One twin bed off the dining room. Two queen beds and a bunk bed upstairs with a bathtub/toilet. The upstairs bedrooms are open concept, so no doors but our kids loved the space up there. Also, has a nice little pool and plenty of toys for kids to play with! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through the area! D-Day stuff nearby too
