Very nice and clean and spacious rooms and quiet rooms
Pros:

The breakfast is good and with variety

Cons:

Ac unit had no remote control and one has to adjust it on the wall

I would not book a room here or any Drury property again because of the mold, mildew smell

This hotel met and exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

So clean and inviting. Front desk was open and we were greeted as we walked in. (Even though it was 945pm ).

Couldn’t have been better.
Pros:

The staff was exceptional! The breakfast and dinner offerings are outstanding values. Lupe was extremely helpful and personable. Outstanding customer service.

Pros:

I liked that the room was clean and the bathroom was spotless.

Cons:

I did not like being near the atrium where all the noise carried up to our 4th floor. People and employees were talking all night.

Great concept ….food quality lacking….
Pros:

The staff …..super welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Room overlooked the main foyer which was noisy. Also the windows in the rooms were not soundproof so could hear traffic and generator.

Our experience was bad
Pros:

We got in late so only had 30 mins to eat. Food was OK but same as we had at 2 other Drury Hotel( Chatanooga & Orlando were great). Room sheets looked like they were not changed and open food left in fridge. After calling front desk from cell(only way to get thru) I spoke to them and was transfer to manager who didnt answer or reply back. I went down to front desk and they said they will come up to clean. They arrived and it took a while to change out everything on 2 Queen beds and remove food from fridge. No discount for our troubles. Also only 1 of 2 elevators worked. We waited 10 mins to get on and it stopped on every floor up and down. Most people where taking the stairs up to 7th floor and down to 1st floor for pool, etc. Laundry room was $2 in change per load. No atm in building so have to go next door or across busy road for gas station. At gas station a prostitute was outside. After we went back to front desk for roll of quarters then back to laundry room. All in all we will never go back to Marrietta, GA Drury Hotel.

Caution Beware of Rude Staff!
Pros:

Reception was rude and not available at check in. Hotel was busy but all food and beverages was put away before 7pm. Breakfast grill was closed and closed up before 9 AM. One Elevator was out!! Had to carry luggage up to 2nd floor!. Requested ground floor when booking got 3rd floor. Have stayed at other Durys and was happy with them. DO NOT STAY at this Dury Inn. Room was clean and good.

Pros:

I have always been a fan of the Drury, this one was just wouldn't get my normal rating, as it just seemed a little less. I know they were under construction/remodel so hope that if we were to return we wouldn't have the same feeling.

Cons:

Just didn't feel it was as nice as other Drury's we have stayed in but again guessing that is why they are under construction/remodel.
