Everyone and everything was excellent! So great I booked at your Charlotte, NC Inn and recieved the same treatment .
At each locations the desk persons were fantastic. And the meals were so delicious. You have left a great impact on me.

This is one the best hotels we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot.
Pros:

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! Not only a full cooked breakfast but 3 happy hour drinks and a full delicious dinner was included. The staff was exceptional also. I highly enjoyed this hotel.

Terrible and miserably hot

We left in a hurry. Staff was very friendly

Cons:

The ac was broken in our room. They didnt have another room to move us too and it made the experience terrible on top of that the shower was also broke.
