Terrible and miserably hot

We left in a hurry. Staff was very friendly

The ac was broken in our room. They didnt have another room to move us too and it made the experience terrible on top of that the shower was also broke.

The room was very clean and the staff have been very helpful and friendly, doing their best to accommodate with a positive attitude and respect.

Cons:

When we arrived the temperature in the room was 76 degrees. After approximately an hour and a half, the room hadn’t dropped a degree despite the thermostat being set to 65 degrees. The room remained a sweaty 76 degrees in Georgia. Staff came and attempted to fix the cooling issue twice. He was friendly and efficient. The temperature had finally dropped to 70 degrees by morning with a complimentary box fan having been delivered to us by staff which was the saving grace of the evening. The television would only allow The Weather Channel , the only channel able to be accessed didn’t help the situation, as we were extremely aware of the temperature due to both of us going through menopause. We did not notify anyone about the television issue, as we were more concerned with cooling showers despite the water pressure equivalent to 6 small men spitting on us. I’ve stayed here many times and will definitely continue to stay at this facility due to very positive past experiences, just not this particular room handicapped accessible room during the sweltering July Georgia heat.

Lexi great customer service
Pros:

Lexi was very friendly and professional. She got us checked in quickly and took excellent care of us during our stay. She is a big asset to Drury Inn.

Our room was very nice, everything was clean and we had everything we needed. All stay was friendly and we will definitely stay at this Drury Inn again. The location to 75 was perfect close and easy to get to.
