Pros:

First bedroom was on top floor damp condensation running down windows. Asked to be moved as I have a heart condition and can't walk up too many steps. No lift in hotel.moved to Room on ground floor no shower as they said it was going to be mended they would move us the next day to another room . We said ok . Next day moved .The room was clean but bed linen dirty hairs& a FRESH stain on sheet. Left and went home.

Cons:

No breakfast or dinner had to go to a cafe said chief has walked out. Staff were helpfull

A Friendly hotel and staff who catered for our requirements in comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The Breakfast provided was always first class and the service and attention to our needs was friendly and courteous. We had Dinner on one night and this was an excellent meal enjoyed by the three of us.

Cons:

There was no aspect of the accomodation or service which we did not like.

We enjoyed ourselves, it is a beautiful building with friendly, hardworking staff.
Pros:

Everything from arrival to leaving was great. Dinner, bed & breakfast

Cons:

Sat having our evening meal & young locals walked through to access the Pool table - not major & we were very conscious that they are the regular clientele, their bread & butter. The young men could have accessed through a nearby door.

Staff very friendly and very helpful. Loved hearing the local language being spoken.

Pros:

The coal fire in the bar. It was the only time we were warm all night.

Cons:

We paid for a courtyard superior room.We were allocated room 3 overlooking busy road. The room was basic and freezing. No heating slept in clothes. Showered with difficulty just to get warm 6am Climbing over end of bath to access shower/no hand rail or slip mat not good for pensioners. Thin summer quilt? Left 7am...took 10minutes to open exit/fire door...worrying.

Pros:

Lovely and clean and staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

We needed to leave early this morning however we were locked in and couldn’t get out via the fire exit and there was no one there to assist so we had to break the emergency door release to exit !! Very concerning if there was a fire !! How would people get out of the building safely !! Did the let the place down to be honest !!!

Met up with friends and had a brilliant time
Pros:

Perfect location, central. Lovely staff, very courteous, helpful and kind. Beer is always consistent and tastes really good. This is mainly down to Emrys who keeps a good house.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing.

Not to their normal high standard.
Pros:

The room was immense. Easy parking. Great staff and a warm welcome

Cons:

I’ve stayed before and enjoyed a great evening meal. Sadly the chef had quit which meant no dinner or breakfast.
