Location was good
Lovely building
Nothing really everything you can expect from a old building.
Lovely location and beautiful building
This was choosen as a suprise not only for mothers day but also a birthday weekend. The smell hits you in the face as soon as you walk in of ale and cigarettes. We were told upon arrival the Breakfast would not be available the next day. We booked a table for evening meal but the restaurant is in the bar, not separate like the pictures suggest. The Rugby was playing when we had booked the table surround by drunk locals swearing and cheering especially with my child around we feel very uneasy. We ended up driving quite away to find another place to eat. Our family room was directly above the bar so very loud until late with a broken window that didn't shut properly so the road noise was very loud. Room was freezing as the heating didn't work but two tiny portable oil radiators in the corner. Room was filthy. Toilet seat fell off. Coffee cups dusty and disgusting. We contacted the owner to explain all this and request a refund but didn't seem to be bothered. Cannot stress enough how bad this place was, DO NOT waste your money and DO NOT take children here!
The venue where it was
Showet water was very cold when have a showe and room was cold whek we got in it sns awske up
Did not have breakfast, that extra, I have stayed at the Bull for many years, it has changed hands once. The beds are nice and comfy, bathrooms are nice and clean, will continue to stay here.
The hotel is good, the Continental breakfast was disappointing, so don't have breakfast anymore, to me it was not worth the price.we eat with friends.
Welcoming staff. Helpful . Parking
When I gave feedback about the tv the staff were supportive
Very comfortable bed and beautifully soft pillows
Slept well
Loved the property overall
Didn’t dare leave in case I lost my parking space!
TV wouldn’t work! Lack of signal. Member of staff promised to help but didn’t materialise to do so
Could do with a side table in the bathroom to put personal toiletries on
Nowhere to put anything
Comfortable clean room
Arrived on the Saturday and asked to pay for breakfast over our two night stop, was told not to worry as could pay in the morning. When we got up and ventured down for breakfast we were told by a very helpful lady that was cleaning that no breakfast was available and she was surprised it was offered. Same with the Saturday night evening meal, we had a drink in the bar around 3:30 and were told by bar staff that the kitchen would open at 5:30, after a walk around town we returned to order only to be told that they had decided not to open the kitchen, not exactly great.
Clean and tidy room, friendly staff
No evening meal at 6? Or breakfast available, booked here with my mum and daughter with the thought of eating in the evening and that online it said breakfast was good, but wants now to have either which was a shame
Perfect location in the centre of Llangefni.
We had a courtyard family room which was massive with a little kitchen and en suite.
Little expensive possibly but not much competition in the area for places to stay.
Location
Out dated tired needs a care and attention badly the room furniture was really poor the bed was to small for two adults. The furniture is old and faded longe and bar area tables were dirty floor was not clean etc etc it was £213 for two nights way over priced for what you get
Staff friendly. Central location.
Overpriced for the accommodation on offer which felt tired. Pump air fresheners in the rooms were overpowering and unpleasant.
Kitchen shut well before advertised time on the evening we arrived.
First bedroom was on top floor damp condensation running down windows. Asked to be moved as I have a heart condition and can't walk up too many steps. No lift in hotel.moved to Room on ground floor no shower as they said it was going to be mended they would move us the next day to another room . We said ok . Next day moved .The room was clean but bed linen dirty hairs& a FRESH stain on sheet. Left and went home.
No breakfast or dinner had to go to a cafe said chief has walked out. Staff were helpfull
