This is not a 5 star hotel - although the SPA and the bath inside the room were nice.
Pros:

Big bath directly in the room was fabulous!
The SPA area was small but pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were ants (mosquitoes) in our room. We tried to kill them but apparently there was a colony somewhere in the hotel.
Breakfast was very modest for a 5 star hotel. The restaurant and offered dinner options were a disappointment.
Bear in mind that SPA is not included in the price.

L'unica nota negativa è che si sono pagati le due bottigliette dell' acqua del frigo in camera. In tutte le strutture che ho soggiornato le hanno sempre offerte.

Soggiorno in una struttura che si presenta come un 5 stelle, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata segnata da alcune mancanze difficilmente compatibili con questa categoria.

Il problema principale è stato l’assenza totale di informazioni e assistenza al momento del check-in. Nessuno ci ha spiegato dove fosse esattamente la camera, né ci sono state date indicazioni chiare sulla sala colazione o sugli orari. Abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare l’auto a una distanza notevole dal nostro alloggio e trasportare i bagagli a mano sotto un sole cocente, con 40 gradi. Un servizio di accoglienza e accompagnamento, in una struttura di questo livello, dovrebbe essere scontato.

Anche la colazione non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative: scelta limitata, qualità mediocre, in contrasto con lo standard dichiarato dell’hotel.

La struttura ha sicuramente delle potenzialità, ma è necessario un salto di qualità nell’organizzazione e nell’attenzione verso l’ospite. In un 5 stelle, l’accoglienza dovrebbe far sentire il cliente seguito e benvenuto fin dal primo momento.
