Nothing
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five days, and overall, it was satisfactory. The room was maintained in a clean condition, and the staff responded promptly when assistance was required.
However, it is important for travelers to be aware that the so-called ‘free’ continental breakfast is not entirely complimentary. Rather, the hotel collaborates with the adjacent restaurant to provide breakfast, offering guests a credit of $11.00 toward their meal. The ‘Continental’ breakfast costs $11.99, which means it is not completely free; additionally, it does not include juice of any kind. If guests desire juice, they must pay an additional $5.00.
The restaurant features a separate menu for a small hot breakfast, and after applying the $11.00 credit, the cost is approximately $5.00. However, this same menu also includes à la carte items. When we attempted to order from this menu, which would be less than $11.00, we were informed that this was not permissible, which we found to be illogical.
Upon inquiries at the front desk regarding the breakfast arrangements, we were told that they were unaware of the specifics and that it was the restaurant’s policy. It is perplexing that the hotel is uninformed about their arrangement with the partner restaurant.
Our only additional concern was that some of the hospitality staff and restaurant personnel did not speak English. Although they were exceedingly friendly and endeavored to assist us, communication proved to be challenging.
The location was great for us. The bathroom in this accessible room was very spacious, but the faucet set up in there was confusing and difficult to get it going (for my husband) without getting wet.
The only negative was the problem with access through the door nearest to our room (118 - accessible room). For most of our 6 days, it did not work. I'd have to go around and open the door from the inside to let my husband in. I also had to have our keycards reactivated 3 times ... and yes, I kept them away from our cell phones. It would be great if there was enough room on BOTH sides of the bed ... we could not fit his walker on the one side ... and everyone has their "favorite" side of the bed!
There is a $16.90 charge for parking, which I did not find out about until I read the receipt at home. I was also offered amenities by the staff at the front desk, which I found out there was also a charge for, when I read the receipt at home.
Very comtrable beds.
Sorry. My husband and I met a relative for breakfast at a different venue.
If the breakfast were served later, we might have invited our relative to our hotel.
Filthy carpet. Made my white socks turn literally black on the soles. False sense of cleanliness.
Breakfast was fantastic and staff were great
That we didn’t have enough time to try the swimming pool
