Beautiful place lovely lake horrible food
Pros:

The food was really the worst I have ever had. Pieces of bologna, slices of slimy cheese. No coffee available. There are things on the menu that they were out of and it was a very, very small menu. There was a language barrier that was so huge that even when I resorted to Google translate, they couldn’t understand me. When I pointed at the menu, they didn’t understand me. I have never been someplace that I stormed away from a table because even though I pointed it five different things on the menu, they argued that they didn’t have them from the store and it was nothing outrageous. I had ice cream from the ice cream stand for dinner. It was the only thing I ate for two Days

My stay at Goy Gol Lake Restort Hotel was terrible, because after staying 2 nights, the hotel asked all people to leave the hotel as they had a special guest. Which was nightmare and terrible experience I have ever had. Not recommended to stay at this hotel.

Beautiful but overcrowded
Pros:

Beautiful surroundings. Nice rooms.
Tasty food in restaurant.
Friendly and very polite stuff
Note that the hotel has multiple buildings, and the title picture represent the most expensive one.
No AC in the rooms.
The resort is overcrowded (with 100s of visitors who is not living in the hotel).

Pros:

The staff at the reception is the worst for international tourists, they don't speak english and would treat in a very disrespectful ways as if they're doing you a favor by letting you stay. I spent 2 hours trying to get them to understand that I made my booking via Expedia, and they were refusing to help me in the beginning claiming that I don't have any reservations on they system. The cottage bathroom ceiling pipes broke in the middle of the night and it was literally raining inside the bathroom. There's no room service, overall a very bad experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone :)
