Hotel bom e bonito em localização excelente ao lado de Notre Dame. Pegamos o menor quarto que achei pequeno mas funcionou. O banheiro nao tem porta somente uma cortina, o que e um pouco estranho. Mas o hotel e lindo, bem cuidado. Quarto silencioso com cafe e cha. Tem elevador.
Não tem academia ou spa mas isso e bem raro em Paris.

I liked the Hotels location and the reception staff. It was charming for them to have a bottle of red wine and a snack available on arrival to our room but for a 5 star it did not exceed my expectations overall at this price. I chose the slightly more expensive option of a Delux room.
The access to the toilet bowl itself was simply daft. The door opened inward to a very cramped space and it was very difficult to manoeuvre to get in and close the door as the door space conflicted with the toilet bowl. Door opening outward would immediately solve this problem. Surprised that a 5 star would not be aware of this issue as it would present a genuine and real difficulty for anyone even slightly obese or unfit. The rest of the room was fine. The breakfast option with our stay was a mistake as the choice available was limited basically to eggs or pancakes and some items "on the side", like bacon and mushrooms which seemed to be problematic for the staff. Other items "a la Carte", incurred an additional charge wich is really 4 star style in my view. If I'm booking 5 star, and paying for the higher grade delux, I'm not looking to cut corners, so why not provide the full breakfast choice for the additional €5 charge on booking? Besides, it makes the guest feel cheap and second rate telling them the set menu is their selected albeit 2nd rate option. The coffee was weak (Americano) and consistently cool and served first, rather than by preference; which seemd a waste of time trying to ask for. It's a boutique style hotel so I understand some issues, but if you want comfort and a truely great location it's a great choice despite these really very small issues. I can't help wonder about the rating authority of this hotel as it does not have a swimming pool or sauna etc, as in summary it seems more like 4 star.
