geen factuur voor het verblijf eelf ontvangen, medewerker hotel verwijst hiervoor naar booking en omgekeerd. bij andere hotels geboekt en betaald via booking kreeg ik wel een factuur. geen juiste behandeling en gedoe met mijn boekhouding.
