Eccellente lo staff, ragazzi/e gentilissimi e disponibili .
La posizione ottima.

Cons:

Le stanze sono troppo piccole , le standard sono delle singole strette..
Il prezzo è veramente eccessivo per quel tipo di stanza.
Lo sconsiglio nonostante lo staff eccellente.

Pros:

The location and staff were both superb. The included breakfast was well presented and ample. Many restaurants and Notre Dame in the immediate area.

Pros:

Localização perfeita !!! Muitos restaurantes no entorno e rua tranquila.
Equipe muito acolhedora e atenciosa.
Café da manhã farto e diversificado.

Cons:

Quartos muito pequenos. Mal cabiam as malas.

The staff were amazing and very helpful with reservations and local recommendations. I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

It was very conveniently located, spacious and clean.

Cons:

The temperature control malfunctioned after the first day. We contacted the front desk a few times but it wasn’t repaired. The default temperature was 22 degrees and we had to open the window to sleep.

Dicht bij Notre Dame - overgewaardeerd - prijs kwaliteit écht niet oké
Pros:

Gelegen op 100m van de notre dame - op 20 minuten van het Louvre

Cons:

Taal - Melia is een Spaanse keten en het gros van het personeel is Spaans. Ze beheersen de franse taal niet goed. (zo kreeg ik te horen dat ik douzemille € diende te betalen voor 2 nachten !)
Check-in was traag. Ze beweerden dat we via booking aangrenzende kamers hadden gevraagd (wat niet het geval was) en vroegen een supplement van 80€. Vooreerst had ik dit niet gevraagd en tevens is dit nergens terug te vinden in de voorwaarden van booking!$
parking - geen parking beschikbaar, wel in de buurt. Het is moeilijk om in te checken, daar je onmiddellijk je wagen moet verplaatsen (het is een smalle weg met eenrichtingsverkeer)
Kamer - kleine kamers, waarbij de temperatuur niet te regelen was. De badkamer was ijzig koud - immers hebben heel wat kamers een dubbel raam in de badkamer. Door dit raam komt er nogal wat koude.
Ontbijt - beperkte keuze - warme gerechten waren niet bijzonder. Prijzig ontbijt 40€/pp
Bar - deze sluit om 20h (dus al je s'avonds na het eten iets wil drinken... is dit op je kamer)
