Excellent value for money in every way.
Pros:

Everything to be honest. A little surprised when at 10 pm I decided to put TV on but sadly was not working.

Cons:

I have reported to the receptionist that TV was not working. Maybe staff who check bedrooms could also check the TV ?

Great fun with lifeboats to look at, excellent evening meal and breakfast
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our evening meal with a 6 and 3 year old fun. They provided paper and crayons and displayed the finished picture, of a lifeboat, in the restaurant.
Parking was free and we were able to stay for free in the car park all day Sunday too while we all went to Brownsea Island.

Cons:

Nothing
