Pros:

Friendly, helpful and welcoming on arrival. Room was exceptional. Great facilities in the room, clean, well prepared and early check-in. Free car parking with permit and a very good breakfast included. Location, overlooking the harbour was exceptional.

Cons:

We booked a table in the Riggers Restaurant for lunch on our arrival. The food was not good quality, poorly presented. Staff in the restaurant for breakfast were not particularly friendly or interested.

Excellent accommodation, will absolutely stay again and will recommend to everyone!!
Pros:

Great location for the ferry and close to big shops, parking, breakfast included! The room was clean, spacious, air conditioned & had a lovely comfy bed!

Cons:

The sofa bed was not suitable for an adult and the price was a bit higher than we’d usually pay.

Fabulous memorable stay.
Pros:

Breakfast and location are excellent, lots of places to lay your tray down inside and outside

Cons:

The room is a little small for a family of 4 for 4 days. The sofa bed mattress is okay for smaller children but to thin for older children and adults. The institute gave some extra duvets to pad the mattress better.

Pros:

Made to feel welcome all the staff we had contact with were warm and friendly. My Grandchildren found it very interesting too they loved seeing the lifeboats and the crews staying there. Unfortunately the tour around the site for children was fully booked but even so the found it a different hotel experience

Great place for family's
Pros:

Our stay as a family of three was perfect. Our five-year-old child loved the place and the toy shop. Everything was tidy, and we were pleased with the view! It was a great place to stay, and we definitely will be back when visiting Poole. Thank you all for an amazing host😊👍
