The hotel was spotlessly clean. We had a sea view room which had great views from the window of a mixture of RNLI vessels and private craft in the water.
The breakfast included in room rate was a good self service breakfast. Within easy walking distance of the quay with free secure parking.
Staff were all lovely - helpful, informative and polite.
Would def stay again.

Information was good, friendly & helpful staff.
Even though fried & scrambled eggs were on offer, the Chef made me poached eggs for breakfast, thank you.
Great view over the bay, could have done with some chairs or bar stools on the upper balconies, outside the restaurant.
A little more surface/storage space in the bathroom
The room was large and very comfortable and had a nice view of Poole Harbour. We had a really nice meal in the restaurant. We had an early start so could not have breakfast so were offered a packed breakfast instead to pick up at reception, which was really helpful

Restaurant had a Mexican theme which is fine if you like Mexican food. No a la carte menu

The evening meal was excellent and good value. The view from our room was of the water and RNLI boats as well as an epic sunset. Great location within walking distance of the town and a short drive to the ferry terminal.
The car park is small so arrrive early.
