Nothing.
A fantastic hotel. Immediately felt welcome. A lovely building. Room was clean and a good size. Had everything we could need including an iron and ironing board. Lovely view from the room. Breakfast was very good (buffet style) with a lot of choice. All the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. It was a very good price for bed and breakfast. The bar and restaurant have a lovely atmosphere and view. We also did the discovery tour which is highly recommended. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
Lovely weekend staying with you, extra nice breakfast, gorgeous rooms with super views, helpful reception staff too, would definitely recommend!
Turn air con off in bar area after 6pm this time of year. Get a better selection of rums in the bar too! Reception should let guests know when they check in that if when we come back and there’s no spaces there’s a free to RNLI guests overflow carpark just opposite the entrance.
The room was great, very clean.
The restaurant was great, lovely Sunday carvery and very good breakfast.
We liked that all the rooms had a sea view.
The shower was a bit temperamental, couldn't control the temperature, one minute it was lovely, the next it was burning!

Staff were lovely and friendly. They made me more than welcome particulary as a solo traveller. Breakfast was amazing and tasty, plentiful for a vegetarian like me. Location is brilliant too! Only 3 minute walk away from the quay where my event was. Room was big too.

Clean, great location and exceptional customer service. The quality of room and bedding as well as the shower facilities were very good indeed.

There was a good choice of breakfast options. The restaurant was reasonably quiet and the view interesting with plenty of movement on the water.
