Everything
Felt sorry for waiting staff they were under pressure
Location good and staff helpful and professional.
I have feather down allergy and it seems that I had omitted this advice on booking but staff arranged to change bedding accordingly. They listened and made a report when I suggested considering a policy to have some down free rooms available routinely as I did still experience discomfort.
Pillows were very uncomfortable as they were too soft and lumpy.
However note we did not ask if they had a pillow menu and they did not advise if this was available at check in.
Central location but near motorway
Nil
Welcome from Hannah at the front desk was excellent. Pool lovely. Clean room. Good breakfast.
Hotel is let down by restaurant (Whisky Mist). Service slow and some of the plates were really over priced eg pistachio cheesecake portion was tiny for £9!
2. Gün internet paralı olması kötü
Otopark 24 saat ücreti ödememe rağmen gir çıkta para alındı
Friendly staff
Prices in the restaurant were quite high for the food that was on offer
The reception staff and support staff, the breakfast staff were all lovely. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the conference area which we used excellent. The choices for breakfast were good unless you were gluten free - could have been some better bread / cracker options for them instead of the generic gluten free bread that tastes like cardboard.
The area where the cafe and bar was where the reception was, was so noisy - it really wasn't a peaceful place to hang out. The lunchtime staff were not prepared for us coming out of the conference and couldn't cope with the influx so we had to wait a long time to be served - some of the staff on that day were a little surly and the food was not Hilton standard. We complained about our salad and the receptionist did take that off the bill on checking out. So things were handled well but it wasn't a pleasant experience. The breakfasts were plentiful but expensive - there's only so much one can eat!
Perfect location nearby town-centre. Modern, clean bed and bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and too much to choose from.
