We all enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The breakfast offerings were too expensive and not anything that my family would select. Liked the snack options.

I always stay here. This time we had an issue!
Pros:

The spa area was definitely nice especially after a very long 12 hr drive.
The location is great! Very close to highways and restaurants, along with shopping.
Better than most of the rest of the hotels in the area hands down!

Cons:

I didn’t like that when I called to confirm and asked a complete total price with deposit included, I was told one price and then I get to check In and I’m being told a little over $100 more! That was EXTREMELY inconvenient! If I wouldn’t have shown the girl proof of the conversation and what the guy told me she wouldn’t have let us check in. (We could tell based on how she was talking to us about the situation )
Also, there was no space to move around the room what so ever for being a room made for 4! It was a queen size bed in the room I was put in, the couch was a hidabed couch but when it’s pulled out you can’t move anywhere at all except for to the bathroom and to the door to leave! Very stuffy!

Still, overall I was very happy with my stay and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

I needed a room last minute after the family members I was planning to stay with ended up getting sick. I was hoping to find something that still met my somewhat perfectionist standards without costing a fortune, and this Courtyard was a great choice.

The room was beautiful, very clean, and felt updated and well kept. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were fluffy, and everything felt safe, secure, and polished. I was able to relax right away and got a really good night’s sleep.

Cons:

The only thing I wish had been different was breakfast not being included. That was a little disappointing for the price.

Don’t stay here
Pros:

Low water pressure, had to switch rooms because heater didn’t work, hotel common areas are cold, business center was not functional, no complementary coffee/breakfast. Stay at the townesuite next door.
