The room was clean.
The room was Great, 2 Queen size beds, full size shower and vanity area, private room RB. The food was Delicious, the Service was Excellent. The valet parking attendant was great, to the Luggages Handler and Maid's, when I called, The First Desk, the staff was fast to meet our request, I really appreciates the staffing response. Always very polite, everyone who came to bring something or to assist.

There was no microwave in the room, there was a $25 Fee when asked for one, the cost of parking and valet parking, quite costly.
Cozy seating area, lots of outlets, full length mirror.
The tv was at an angle while laying in bed and couldn’t be adjusted.
We booked a hotel room because we were without power for two days at that point I booked with the expectation that I was going to be paying $314 with a refund of $100 for the deposit when we got on site I was told that they will be an extra $300 because we are local and that we would get that back. I was charged $614 the night of check-in in the morning that we checked out today I was charged another $300 so in total I have another $600. That’s on hold on my bank that I don’t have access to. We are without power for over five days. We have no food in our home we had to pay for hotel and I’m out this money and it’s not OK. I understand that eventually I will get that back but I should not have to be on hold $600 on top of everything else. I was there with my husband and one child that was eight months old.
Great room, pool & hot tub was the highlight
Only complaint was hearing a worker working on the roof around 1am. Around that same time someone was pounding on a door for some reason; wasn’t sure if it was the worker or a guest. Otherwise, great stay!

The check in time was great. The room was clean.
$350 for one night stay and no free breakfast and only three cups of coffee in the room when i booked for 4 guests. The heat stayed on continuous and the room was at 73° which made for a terrible nights sleep being hot.
Couldn't ever stay I was a local resident and was going to be made to place a $300 incedental die to previous patrons messing up their hotel!! Who has a $300 incedental?

The breakfast offerings were too expensive and not anything that my family would select. Liked the snack options.
No hair dryer and shower containers were not full enough for everyone to shower.

I didn’t like that when I called to confirm and asked a complete total price with deposit included, I was told one price and then I get to check In and I’m being told a little over $100 more! That was EXTREMELY inconvenient! If I wouldn’t have shown the girl proof of the conversation and what the guy told me she wouldn’t have let us check in. (We could tell based on how she was talking to us about the situation )
Also, there was no space to move around the room what so ever for being a room made for 4! It was a queen size bed in the room I was put in, the couch was a hidabed couch but when it’s pulled out you can’t move anywhere at all except for to the bathroom and to the door to leave! Very stuffy!
I needed a room last minute after the family members I was planning to stay with ended up getting sick. I was hoping to find something that still met my somewhat perfectionist standards without costing a fortune, and this Courtyard was a great choice.
The room was beautiful, very clean, and felt updated and well kept. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were fluffy, and everything felt safe, secure, and polished. I was able to relax right away and got a really good night’s sleep.
The only thing I wish had been different was breakfast not being included. That was a little disappointing for the price.
Too noisy of the air conditioner, kept me awake all night long
