Perfect stay in Bruges
Pros:

Lovely view of the canal and a clean, comfortable room. Location was very close to the center of Bruges and the staff were very nice.

Clean, comfortable, well kept hotel in a quiet area of town. A+
Pros:

This is a really lovely hotel. Rooms were very very clean and perfectly comfortable. Location is good. The hotel itself is situated in a quiet little back street away from the main town centre, but it is just a short walk into town. I would definitely stay here again and have absolutely no problem recommending it to others.

Pros:

Fabulous little hotel situated in a lovely quiet area by one of the canals, around a 5 minute walk from the main square.
Hosts are amazingly friendly & helpful. The room was a good size, beautifully furnished & spotlessly clean.
Very large double bed was very comfortable, & room was equipped with a refrigerator, safe, tea & coffee making facilities & a large TV.
Bathroom was well proportioned with an excellent shower.
Breakfast choice was quite small, but all items were of top quality.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr gute Lage Fahrstuhl im frisch renovierten alten Gebäude. Sehr gute Sanitäranlagen.

Onvoldoende qua gastvrijheid.
Pros:

Het bedienend personeel was vriendelijk voor ons kind.

Cons:

Op de 3 hotelkamers hing een rioollucht. Mogelijk was dit een gevolg van de warme droge zomer.

De bediening gaf bij aankomst aan dat we voor het hotel, ondanks aanwezig parkeerverbod, even kort konden parkeren om snel in te checken. Toen bleek dat we in die korte tijd (4 minuten) toch een parkeerbon ontvangen hadden ontkende de bediening uiteindelijk dat ze gezegd zouden hebben dat het even kon. Ze waren daarin onredelijk en zelfs beschuldigend. Dat voelde voor ons allesbehalve als gastvrij.
