Great place to unwind and take stock
Pros:

Communication, service, equipment inside the apartment, cleanliness, quiet, location

Cons:

Speed of WiFi, no shower curtain, window curtains don't block light, cupboard doors are stiff, shower heads need a clean

Pros:

Friendly staff -except their chef.
The pool.

Cons:

The rooms were not ready on arrival late in the afternoon. We waited more than four hours for the room.
The management recommended us to the villas own private chef who was arrogant, non service minded and eventually left with our privately bought items without asking us . The management witnessed it all and did nothing about it. We ended up not getting value for our money.

Not bad for one night stay. Service was good and staff friendly.
Pros:

Location is not ideal. Environment is not clean and it is noisy. Not ideal for a quiet vacation.

PENDO VILLA'S DIANI 2024
Pros:

The rooms were so nice well spaced and fitted with Air conditioning. The staff was exceptionally ready to help out whenever we were in need and they also offered room service on the daily. Pool was clean and we had towels for the pool separately so that was a plus too.

Cons:

Upgrade your TV's to smart TV's buanaaaa. Also the wifi was a bit slow but the place is a gem 🥹

Pendo Villa
Pros:

Comfortable and clean

Cons:

Small items and money went missing as Villa locker safe was not working, dispute over a cup wee replaced that was 2 centimeters to big off a non matching set.
Set video camera in wardrobe, and putting on Facebook. Very disappointing, They could have had a regular booking off a month, but will not be back. Silly games were played, Manager alright, but pool cleaner Handyman not good.
Spoilt the whole trip with their silly games.i was from N.Ireland and my friends are Kenya, Christian people, but felt wee were accused off stealing small items, when they were removed as Key is left in office when you go out.
Sad really.
