Relaxing stay, close enough to town for access but far enough away for calm. Would definitely return
Pros:

Comfortable, cool rooms in a great location. Staff were amazingly helpful and made our stay a pleasure.

Cons:

Breakfast was « good » but not excellent. And it would have been nice to have a drink on the rooftop with the sunset (but the bar was closed)

Gorgeous hotel and comfortable stay!
Pros:

Location was perfect, just a small walk to the shops and restaurants
The morning balloon views were breathtaking….
Breakfast was good local spread.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Airdrop transfers were easy and convenient.
Rooms are beautifully designed , clean and spacious
Beds were comfortable.
Shower was amazing !!!!

Balloon heaven
Pros:

Beautiful hotel perfectly situated for viewing balloons early morning. The staff even take photos for you. Lovely large rooms with cave walls. Beautiful breakfast great variety. Staff have excelkent dnglish and very helpful and friendly. Just excellent.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel de charme.
Pros:

L'emplacement était très bien, au calme mais à 5 minutes à pied du centre.
Les chambres spacieuses et les lits confortables.
Grandes salles de bain.
Petits déjeuners extra, variés et copieux.
Jardin et nombreuses terrasses.

Cons:

Les portes qui claquent (dès 5h30 du matin pour les départs en montgolfières)
Aucun emplacement pour les valises et simple penderie sans étagères.
À part ces petits inconvénients, tout était parfait.

Great location - close to the shopping area, restaurants etc.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice. Our cave accommodation was comfortable and spacious. The staff were excellent and very helpful. They went out of their way to help us with our luggage etc. View from the rooftop of the hot air balloons was a surreal experience.

Cons:

Housekeeping could have done a better job. Did not replenish soap bars, shower cubicle wasn't cleaned properly....there was a soap bar that had fallen in the corner, which was not cleared.

Incredible location for a stay in Goreme. From the wafting scent of lavender greeting you from the manicured lavender gardens when you arrive to the the thoughtfully and artfully laid out balcony areas on every level, this is a top choice for your Cave Hotel stay in Goreme. The staff were super helpful, the breakfast was sensational and the rooms were perfectly appointed.

Perfect Location to Explore Cappadocia.
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. The staff were great and assisted with airport transfers and tours. Staff also willingly attended to any of our requests. Property has a great location with a flat walk to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was also great! Special thanks to Emir, Kaya and Ismail for their assistance and information during our stay.
