Primero que todo destacar la atención del personal, desde el mismo día del checkin, preocupados por todo, nos autorizaron a ingresar antes del horario, orientaron y ayudaron con los tours, espectacular las habitaciones y baño con gran espacio , muy buen desayuno, terrazas con vista espectacular, recomendable 100%

Tout était parfait, la gentillesse du personnel, excellent petit déjeuner, la situation géographique situé à 2 minutes à pied du centre de Goreme
De l’hôtel vous pouvez admirer le merveilleux sunrise

フロントの対応が非常に良かった。日本語もお話しされてフレンドリー。スタッフ皆さん親切です。
２泊３日の滞在だったがゆっくりしたいという私の希望に沿って、何をすれば良いかどこに行ったら良いか提案してくれて全て的確。運よく天候にも恵まれ、ホテル手配をお願いした気球と乗馬ツアーは忘れられない体験、個人でも充分に楽しめたバレーのハイキング、、パーフェクトな旅行となりました。
室内は常に暖かく保たれて半袖でも過ごせるほど。街自体が小さいためホテルから全て徒歩圏内で満喫できます。

Excellent stay
Pros:

Everything in the hotel was perfect. The terrace was a good to see balloons in the morning. The cave hotel is surprisingly warm even the frosty weather outside. The breakfast was good with many choices. The cats around are cute. We had a very nice and pleasant time during our stay.

Just exceptional
Pros:

The best hotel we stayed in Turkey. The management is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Property is very nice.Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

It was our best stay in Turkey. It was perfect in every way
Pros:

The property is at a beautiful location. It was easy to go anywhere in from here. It was very clean and had a beautiful view. The staff were too good. Very kind and helpful. Loved the breakfast they had.
They also packed us some food for our early morning flight which was very sweet of them.
