Excellent stay
Pros:

Everything in the hotel was perfect. The terrace was a good to see balloons in the morning. The cave hotel is surprisingly warm even the frosty weather outside. The breakfast was good with many choices. The cats around are cute. We had a very nice and pleasant time during our stay.

It was our best stay in Turkey. It was perfect in every way
Pros:

The property is at a beautiful location. It was easy to go anywhere in from here. It was very clean and had a beautiful view. The staff were too good. Very kind and helpful. Loved the breakfast they had.
They also packed us some food for our early morning flight which was very sweet of them.

Just exceptional
Pros:

The best hotel we stayed in Turkey. The management is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Property is very nice.Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good location and love the cave style rooms
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful as well the room were neat and clean and service daily. Bathroom is good size and water pressure good.

Cons:

The hotel shuttle leaves quite early at 7 30 as we had a 11 am flight. So we could Not have breakfast. I would expect to have something like a sandwich packed since we paid for it and they not giving us breakfast due to the shuttle time. Breakfast is from 8-10 am

Perfect location
Pros:

Location was fantastic, easy walking distance to shops.
Accommodation was comfortable and very spacious. Water pressure was fantastic and mattress was comfortable.
Room was very warm but can be controlled with heater/AC.
Breakfast was a Turkish breakfast which we enjoyed.
Staff were helpful but some were not the friendliest.

Cons:

The bed was very noisy.
The fridge was also not very cold.
Staff tried to sell us some very overpriced tours but the airport transfers they organised were reasonably priced and helpful (10 Euro pp).
Blanket on the bed was the same size as the bed so not enough for 2 people sharing a bed.
No tissues in the room, this seems to be typical for Turkish hotels.

Magical New Year at Design Cave Hotel
Pros:

Coming to Cappadocia for New Year was the best idea ever — we got lucky with a hot air balloon ride, an unforgettable experience!

The hotel is fantastic! After booking, I asked them to arrange airport transfer and balloon ride logistics — they handled everything seamlessly. On arrival, they gave us a map of top attractions and helped find a rental car.

Our room was spacious with underfloor heating and a great view, breakfasts are good — pure comfort.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
