Pros:

Good location close to the city Centre whilst avoiding hills. Wide variety of breakfast options.

Cons:

A bit disappointed in my assigned room since it didn’t quite match up to the description and pictures of a Junior Suite although the staff insisted that it was. The room I had was very dark, and no patio, located in basically the basement next to the storage room. The design was also different to what is shown in the pictures. All the other junior suites were located in patio areas with plants and flowers etc. Also more like a fabricated cave hotel. Not a true cave / fairy chimney.

La struttura è molto bella e vanta un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. Faccio i miei sinceri complimenti a tutto lo staff per la grande competenza e disponibilità dimostrate. Un plauso speciale va ad Amir, il responsabile della colazione: tra tutte le tappe del nostro viaggio in Turchia, non ne abbiamo più trovata una così ricca e deliziosa!

Pros:

Posizione in una zona tranquilla a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro.
Stanza grande e molto pulita.
Staff gentilissimo e attento a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Abbiamo utilizzato il servizio navetta aeroportuale consigliato dall'hotel.
Colazione abbondante.

Superb stay
Pros:

Close to city center, excellent staff and ample amenities. We arrived bit early at 10:00AM, even though the standard check in time is at 2pm, staff were helpful and allowed us to check in at 11AM.

The rooftop lounge was a great place to view the sunrise and balloons. Also so many cats to keep my children entertained 🐈

Una experiencia inolvidable en Goreme
Pros:

Todo maravilloso. El hotel es precioso, está a solo 5 minutos caminando del centro de Göreme y la atención del personal es excepcional. Siempre están pendientes de ayudarte; incluso al irnos nos acercaron con las maletas a la estación de autobuses.

Desayunos deliciosos y abundantes, espacios increíbles para fotos, un precioso campo de lavanda y unas vistas espectaculares de los globos al amanecer, que incluso pasan junto a los balcones. Llegamos de madrugada y nos ayudaron en todo momento. Una experiencia perfecta. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Η διαμονή μου ήταν ευχάριστη και γνώρισα πολύ φιλόξενους ανθρώπους.
Pros:

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο και σε ήσυχη περιοχή. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει σε οτιδήποτε και αν χρειαζόμασταν. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και ευρύχωρο. Εμείς επιλέξαμε να κανονίσουμε όλες τις δραστηριότητες μέσω του ξενοδοχείου και ότι μας πρότειναν εν τελεί ήταν αυτό που άξιζε όντως.

Some of the best hospitality we have encountered
Pros:

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The rooms were spacious, had all the amenities we needed, beds were super comfortable and the space was clean and cosy. All of the staff (special shout out to Amir and Oguzhan) went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. The recommendations from Oguzhan for activities, advice for catching public transport and getting around and helping us to decide what to do in our short time made our trip what it was. Amir took incredible photos on the rooftop during the hot air balloon flights and attended to us at breakfast, making sure we had everything we needed. The staff at reception were wonderful, we thoroughly enjoyed learning more about them and their beautiful town. If you have hotels open in other tabs, close them now and book the design cave hotel - you won’t regret it.

Pros:

we had a wonderful stay at Design Cave Hotel. The room was a real cave style but yet very spacious. the staff was great, special thanks to Amir who was very attentive to our needs during our stay. Excellent Breakfast with wide selection and different menu every day. Location was ideal.
