Super nice place to stay
Pros:

Very friendly staff, great location, big room, comfortable and clean, breakfast is great. Would definitely recommend!

Cons:

Room too bright in the morning since there are no shutters. The curtains couldn’t do the job 100%

Bon hôtel bien situé pour qui sort de / ou va à / la gare maritime.
Pros:

Personnel serviable et souriant. Hotel simple mais remis à neuf, équipements récents avec une belle déco naturaliste. Chambre fonctionnelle, propre et agréable. Petit déjeuner aux standards du Cap Vert, c'est à dire offrant ce qu'il y a dans les îles, (cela vaut pour les 4 hôtels que nous avons occupés) ; bon café, pâtisseries correctes. Bananes et pommes en guise de fruits frais, là où on aimerait aussi manger des quartiers de papaye et des oranges.

Cons:

La bonde du lavabo ne remontait pas ; j'ai dû appeler quelqu'un à la réception, qui n'était pas très bricoleur et j'ai fini par la débloquer moi-même avec un couteau pointu, car je connais ce genre de blocage.
Un peu de bruit dans la rue et tôt le matin, personne ne parle à voix basse. A 6h30, vous êtes réveillé, même si vous aviez envie de dormir (cela vaut pour les 4 hôtels que nous avons occupés).

Incrível, superou as expectativas
Pros:

Tudo maravilhoso. Fomos muito bem recebidos e sempre bem tratados até ao fim da estadia! O quarto estava impecável, tanto como a casa de banho. O pequeno-almoço era muito bom, pela imensa pesquisa que fiz até penso que seja dos melhores da zona. Era muito perto de tudo, com vários serviços á nossa disponibilidade a 1-2 minutos. Gostaria mesmo de frisar a simpatia de todos os funcionários, fizeram a total diferença nas nossas férias. Recomendo imenso, tudo de bom!

Pros:

Staff espetacular, muito simpático e prestável. Quarto muito bom, bem decorado e limpo. Chuveiro com ótima pressão. Boa localização, com vários restaurantes a 2-3 minutos a pé. Bom pequeno almoço.

Cons:

As portas dos quartos poderiam ser oleadas e ter um sistema de fecho um pouquinho menos ruidoso.
Fora isso, sem nada a apontar.

Great for a short stay in Mindelo
Pros:

We arrived before the check in time but we were able to store our luggage at the reception and go explore the island. The staff was extremely friendly even given the language barrier. The room was very clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, and the location is perfect - located between the port and the city center. The breakfast was really good as well.

Cons:

At night it got a bit loud but it might be because it was election day.

Central et comme à la maison - je recommande
Pros:

Personnel très sympa et arrangeant: je suis arrivée plus tôt que prévu , l’équipe ont accepté de me donner la chambre car elle était déjà prête .
J’ai aussi vu un client arrivé vers minuit et le réceptionniste était bien présent pour l’accueillir .
La maison est très charmante et joliment décoré.
Le petit déjeuner est bien - préparé avec amour
L’emplacement est excellent - entre le port et le centre.
Literie peu confortable mais ça fait l affaire
On se sent comme à la maison - Je recommande à 100%
