Repetiría seguro. Excelente hotel en líneas generales
Pros:

El hotel está genial. Muy divertido el sistema de check in con las maquinas y el ambiente bueno. Bien ubicado, limpio y con comodidades y servicios como hielo, agua fría y maquinas de refrescos. Hay microondas en el hall de entrada que es muy útil y la tienda a la entrada 24 horas genial. El desayuno no lo probamos pero tenía muy buena pinta.

Cons:

El servicio de lavandería está bien pero no el secado. Nos gastamos mucho dinero para tener la ropa húmeda igualmente. Enfrente del hotel hay una lavandería que quizás funcione mejor. El servicio que tienen en recepción para empaquetar la ropa al vacío y reducir espacio tampoco lo recomiendo. De entrada queda muy bien pero a las pocas horas está la bolsa inflada totalmente. Se lo dijimos a una de las recepcionistas y no nos solucionó nada. Nos hizo pagar otra vez y volver a meter la ropa como si lo hubiéramos hecho mal y le dijimos ¿seguro que no se vuelve a llenar de aire? Y otra vez igual. No recomiendo su uso. Te gastas dinero para nada.

Gutes, günstiges Hotel in top Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch, mehrere Ubahn-Stationen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, man ist einen kurzen Spaziergang von den belebten Vierteln Ueno und Asakusa entfernt, wo es reichlich Shopping, Essen und Entertainment gibt.
Auch die häufig von Touristen frequentierte Kappabashi-Dori, berühmt für Messer, ist ganz in der Nähe. Für andere Annehmlichkeiten sind Post, Bäckereien, Konbinis etc. in direkter Nähe, ein Family Mart befindet sich im unteren Stockwerk des Hotels, beim zurückkehren kann man also über das Geschäft ins Hotel.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, vor allem das Badezimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe. Die Betten waren bequem, es gab genug Ablagefläche und der LG Styler war praktisch. Von den anderen Zimmern hörte man kaum etwas. Es gibt mehrere Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Gebäude, sowie eine nette Lounge mit Comics und Möglichkeiten, das Gepäck aufzubewahren. Besonders witzig fand ich die Vakuum-Maschine, mit der man seine Kleidung im Gepäck kompakt machen kann. Obwohl hier alles automatisiert bzw. als self service abläuft, ist Personal anwesend, das man bei Bedarf anrufen kann.
Für den günstigen Preis war wirklich alles in Ordnung, sogar besser als erwartet.

Cons:

Ich mag prinzipiell keinen Teppichboden. Er war zwar größtenteils sauber, im Gang waren aber viele Flecken darauf zu sehen. Obwohl die Reinigung gut war, finde ich es nicht nötig, jeden Tag die Handtücher zu wechseln.

Hotel Smart ma con personale presente in caso di necessità.
Family mart proprio sotto con possibilità di mangiare all’interno.
Si può usufruire anche della sala al primo piano dell’hotel per mangiare.
Rooftop con vista, doccia favolosa, letti comodissimi, pulizia sempre impeccabile!

Great location, good price/value accommodation.
Pros:

Great location, minutes walk to subway, shopping and great food.

Cons:

There was some issues with the online check-in apps and the virtual front desk. However, the service representative was able to help me to rectify it right away. Great professional service.

Super séjour, le concept est super
Pros:

Mon réceptionniste (le raptor) était super 😉 la situation est superbe et calme, proche du métro Tawaramachi et du temple Senso-ji.

Cons:

Les voisins italiens bruyants à minuit qui parlaient fort dans les couloirs mais après avoir appelé la réception, la réceptionniste est venue pour leur dire de se calmer. Sinon rien à dire.
