Happily stay again
Pros:

Detailed instructions were provided about how to check in and that went really well
The room, while small had everything we wanted and I was very happy to discover that the twin beds were extra wide, so it was really comfortable.
Great bathroom
The family mart downstairs was very useful for food.
Being able to securely leave luggage was brilliant.
Location was fantastic, easy walk from 3 train stations.
When we had trouble checking out - our fault - staff came immediately to assist

I wish I had seen the communal microwave at check-in, not just as we were checking out

Pros:

Great location walking distance to Tawaramachi station on Ginza line. Family Mart on the ground level accessible by internal elevator. Laundry machines on certain floors and laundromat across the street. Rooms were good sized and rooms cleaned and amenities refreshed daily.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with a supermarket conveniently situated on the ground floor, and we especially appreciated being able to access our room directly from the market level. From the top floor, there is a stunning view of Tokyo Skytree, which made the stay even more memorable.
The rooms are indeed small, as is common in Japan, but they are thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. Everything needed for a pleasant stay is provided, making it a cozy and practical choice for travelers. Overall, the combination of convenience, comfort, and unique features made our visit truly enjoyable.
