Really great stay, really like the henn na hotels, have stayed in Osaka and Tokyo now and both were great
Pros:

The room was a great size and the location was easily accessible to a train station

Cons:

The bathroom sink had some moldy residue beneath one of the edges that you can see when sitting in the bath, so maybe it had been missed by the staff.

Very quiet.

Had to shut off heating/cooling system at night. This meant shutting all power off to unit (no lights and devices not charging).

Good location, close to train station. Can store luggage.

Cons:

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Air con unit was very loud. No coffee or tea bags available in the room. Buffet breakfast was terrible and rude staff. Other hotel staff were very friendly.

Hotel bien situé, au calme, très propre
Pros:

Hotel bien situé proche de 2 lignes de métro
Nous avions une chambre pour 3 de 32m2, bien spacieuse et au calme (8eme etage).
Il y a un accès direct au Familymart qui permet de trouver tout ce qu il faut pour se restaurer ou trouver ce qui vous manque.
Petit plus, un appareil de mise sous vide des vêtements, payant mais bien pratique

Inchecken met/via een hologram grappig en typisch modern Japan. Zeker leuk met kinderen.
Pros:

Zeer gunstig gelegen bij Ginza metrolijn (200mtr) en prima gelegen in Asakusa. Op de beganevloer zit al een 7/11 supermarkt. Grappig was het inschecken bij de Dino hologram. (schijnt bij de Hen nna hotel keten te horen in Japan)
Rustige gelegen

Cons:

Typisch kleine Japanse hotelkamer.
Volledige inchecken zonder iemand gesproken te hebben. Uit communicatie had ik begrepen dat er wel receptie personeel aanwezig zou zijn. Uberhappt geen personeel gezien, daardoor wat afstandelijk.

On ferait le même choix si c'était à refaire.
Pros:

-L'emplacement est exceptionnel. Ce quartier est calme, adapté aux familles pour des nuits paisibles. A proximité des transports.
- Équipement de la chambre au top (machine à café Dolce Gusto, frigo, cleaner LG, ...).
-Literie ultra confortable.

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner est un peu froide avec une décoration désuète.

The Family Mart staff downstairs was absolutely awful. They were extremely rude and not welcoming at all. I will not stay here again for that reason alone.

Very cute , modern style with a touch of tradition , great location, super clean and friendly staff , great amenities , great for any type of traveler

Hard beds, but I have a feeling that’s normal for Japan 🤷‍♀️
