Oteli İşleten hanıma çok teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum neredeyse eğlenebilmeniz için her imkanı sağlamaya çalışıyor biz ailecek tatil yaptık ve çekirdek aileyseniz rahat rahat konaklayabileceğiniz bi yer kahvaltısı gayet yeterli konumu harika bi yerde arabanız olmasa dahi servis kalkış yerine yakın olduğu için istediğiniz yere gidebiliyorsunuz otelin havuzu gayet yeterli lakin biz gittiğimizde kaydıraklar çalışmıyordu :( umarım seneye çalışır durumda olur otel sahiplerine güler yüzleri ve yabancılık çektimedikleri için teşekkürler

Odaki sıkıntı otelde ısıtma güneş enerjisi ile olduğu için herzaman sıcak suyu bulunmuyor buyüzden gündüzleri duş alıcaksanız soğuk suyla almanız gerekiyor kahvaltısı zayıfdı daha iyi olabilirdi onun dışında oda ve havuz temizdi biz memnun kaldık

Otel Fethiye Hisarönü’ndeki eğlence mekanına çok yakın. Her gece sabah saat 5.00’a kadar çok sesli müzik yayını yapıldı. Çok gürültü vardı. Otel yönetimi bizi bu konuda uyarmadı. Çok kötü 2 gece geçirdik. Sabaha kadar uyuyamadık. Bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Havuzdan faydalanıyorsunuz fakat aqua parkı yan otelin. Durum biraz karışık. Eskiden 2 kardeşe ait olan oteli 2 ye ayırmışlar. Havuz birinde kalmış, aqua birinde kalmış.Havuz yetiyor ama insana. Gayette büyük. Kahvaltı orta seviyede. Bu fiyata göre bence iyi..

Es war sehr laut,Allgemeinen fehlt eigentlich einiges. Handtücher Katastrophe,Duschen nicht Sauber,Bettlaken Schmutzig Usw. Usw.

Temiz iyi di

I arrived at this hotel on my own with my newborn baby. As soon as I entered the hotel I instantly did not feel safe. The staff were rude and just sat there smoking and stuffing their faces whilst residents waited for a drink or to be seen to. I had a suitcase, a pram and 2 bags and I was put in an underground room which was 2 flights of stairs down meaning I couldn’t carry everything up and down by myself. The staff did not offer to help one bit and watched me struggle on my own. The room was dark and full of insects and bugs which wasn’t safe for my baby. I cried as I got locked inside the room and had to climb out of the balcony with my baby to even try and get help. The staff laughed at me and looked at me up and down when they seen the state I was in. I asked for a different room and they told me they didn’t have any which they lied to hotels.com about saying that they offered me a new room which they did not!! Disgusting staff and hotel should be closed down!

Otel sahipleri ve çalışanlar çok ilgili ve anlayışlılar . Her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar . Odalar gayet temiz ve düzenliydi . Biz çok memnun kaldık . Tekrar geldiğimizde tercih edeceğimiz bir yer.

Dispite the mix up of hotels, my fault! (there's two hisar's in Hisaronu) the staff were very accommodating - quiter room; friendly. Clean, excellent location - set back off the main strip, but easily accessible. Complimentary WiFi and air con was a real bonus. I look forward to returning in the near future.

I would have liked to give this hotel a better rating but the only plus thing was the pool area and the fact it wasn’t over crowded. There was a connecting pool with water slides which we couldn’t use and the pool at times looked like it needed a clean.

Where do I start when we went into the hotel room I was shocked and debated whether I should change hotels. TV didn’t work, the cupboard has a few hangers and that was the only storage space we could use. No safe secure place to put valuables.

The mirror/desk was impractical I couldn’t use it as no access to it and it was painted shut.

The bed underneath had dust the wooden board was dusty surrounding, the mattress very hard and the base has cardboard on top of the base to Support the mattress.

The shower didn’t work, first two days was having a cold shower when fixed by our last day the hot water stopped working again.

The bathroom tiles had cracks and the shower had seen better days.

I had to ask for the room to be cleaned and the bed sheets to be changed which they did once in our stay 7 day stay The balcony door didn’t close all the way and you could hear everything from outside.
The WiFi was terrible at times.

Location wise If I had been aware how close it was to the clubs and bars I definitely wouldn’t have booked this hotel.
You hear very loud music coming from all directions till 1/2am in the morning.

only plus side was the owners who were nice and kind.

Vriendelijk personeel

Vreselijk, het water is minimaal. De straal is zo weinig en wij hadden twee dagen geen warm water. Vreselijk en voor €50 per nacht is dat gewoon niet normaal brutaal en slecht.

Clean place and friendly staff

Öncelikle Aqua kısmı başka otele aitmiş girilmiyor. Oda vasat, kahvaltı çok kötü.
Fiyat performans çok kötü.

Biz rahat ettik. Karşılanmamız memnun ediciydi.lokasyon güzel.
