AMAZING STAFF, LOCATION, & PROPERTY. W/SHUTTLE TO HARAM 5X DAILY.

I simply can not thank the staff enough for 10 nights stay with family in July 2025. booked 2BR suite, amazing all around. 10/10

In fact, I would give this 12/10 simply due to the kindness, attention, and superior service levels by staff ranging from shuttle driver, housekeeping, and reception.

Titanium member with 5K nts accrued worldwide, so that says a lot about the exceptional service at this property in worldwide comparison.

Family was well looked after. Parking lot on 1st level gave direct elevator access to room. Mall food court was on same level through secured key doors, so access to many restaurants and food stalls was convenient. Kitchen was fully stocked, and the staff even left the dishes and sink cleaned when we forgot. Much appreciated.

- Ms Bayan for amazing support and responsiveness w/reservation and information.
- Mr Raed for his support during stay.
- Mr Akbar at breakfast for his accomodations.
- Mr Yousuf and Mr Mohammed at reception for their follow through on requests, including a quick replacement of the fridge.
- Housekeeping staff for an exemplary job daily for keeping our suite sparkling

Overall, I am truly grateful. Normally stay within walking distance to Haram, but the sheer size of the suites, convenience of walking directly into the largest Mall in city from your room which holds grocery store, restaurants, etc, and the superior service levels experienced, truly make this property an excellent choice for families, especially Marriott elite members who expect superior service levels.

I wish I could write more great things, highly recommend this location to others for your trip to Madinah.

I would give a score higher than 10 if that were possible. The staff were wonderful, the rooms spacious and nice, and the breakfasts delicious. The hotel is connected with secure doors to a mall. There was also a free shuttle to the Prophet's Mosque for all prayer times. Finally, cleaning staff kept the rooms spotless. Thanks to all for a wonderful stay.

Was super excited about this hotel.. I had booked this on booking.com 3 months prior.. entered my credit card and no issues. A day prior to check in they even sent me an email about any requests I may have. Then 2 hours prior to check in I get a notification that my credit card is invalid( should be noted I used it at my previous Saudi hotel and for shopping with no issues).. I was so disappointed and panicky. I even told them I’m almost there and he said that they gave my room to someone else. They probably did that because the person was paying higher rate…I travelled thousands of miles and they cancel my hotel like it’s nothing..
I’m finding this is common practice here.. feels like no business moral or ethics all about money. Very disappointed.. I had to book a last min hotel at a not so ideal location.

Reason I always come here since last four years is the STAFF is amazing . They always make me feel home and treat us like there family … to mention few names Mr Nassrudin is backbone for this hotel .. I envision him to grow great with his caring nature hope Marriot recognizes him and gives him platform to grow

Also Mr Showkat is another strong pillar for Marriott .. he will also be valuable member with unlimited success cz of his problem solving capability and strong advocate for Marriott brand and should be given opportunity to accel in Marriott chain

As mentioned ALL staff in All departments are exceptional

Also Mr Amir is another great Marriott representative who is kind and hopefully will accel to higher levels in Marriot


Also all cooks in kitchen including Mr Azzad are exceptional chefs with kind behavior which adds pleasure to the stay


Current GM Mr Rizwan Aldo has been great and took care of room issues in an expedited fashion and envision him to be successful with Marriot brand aswell

I also want to recognize Mr Noor who is multitalented and worked in transport What a wonderful soul he is and so helpful to every body He is another strong pillar for Marriot aswell and admin should help to a cell him to higher level aswell

Excellent staff and service. Everyone was so accommodating. Hotel manager personally took care of our needs. We’ve stayed at many hotels in the past, this place tops them all.

I stayed at this hotel in Medina coming from Mecca. The rooms are all in one floor. Same floor as the restaurant and the mall. Checking in was easy and seamless. Dian helped us and made our stay enjoyable. He went out of his way to make sure we have all we needed. Breakfast was amazing kudus to chef Hares Elsayed is definitely top class chef. Nasrulsin working hard to ensure everyone’s needs are met. Sama at the reception was very helpful and courteous. Assisted us and was always smiling and helpful. I see Leena on the main floor always asking us if we need anything. All in all the service and staff in this hotel is top notch and one of the best experiences I had in a Marriott hotel being a reward Member for the 13 years.
I had a 2 bedroom apartment and was very spacious and clean. The hotel is a far from Alharam but the shuttle is always on time for all prayers. It takes 15-20 minutes. It’s connected to the mall where all kinds of food are available. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here if I come back to beautiful Medina

Location is excellent, right next to the Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment is clean, nice and spacious. Service is excellent - both the front desk as well as the restaurant staff. There is even a welcome fruit and snack platter.

Quiet part. Has great breakfast and love the shuttle to and from Harram Shareef

It was my second time staying at this hotel which is in my view conveniently located, good distance from the crowd and business of the Haram, yet effective bus transportation to attend prayers at the Mosque. It is also next door to a mall and food court with direct access from the hotel. The room is cozy and of a good surface. Amenities are also of good quality, although we had an unresolved issue with the shower gel pump. I could also not use the Bonvoy electronic room card despite the hotel staff saying it was approved at their end.
I also have to note that my reservation experience was quite terrible and I almost cancelled my stay. I initially booked for 3 guest months before our stay and had secured a good pricing. When I later tried to add a 3rd guest, the hotel tripled the cost, although it should have added 300 riyals per night for the additional guest. After a long back and forth email correspondence, the manager Mr Khan stepped in and offered a reasonable offer, which I accepted and thank him for.
The food for Sohour is varied enough and decent. The restaurant does however not offer Iftar, which is a pity.

If you paid for something, when you arrive there they will tell you its not available. I paid for specific room. No sorry not available. Lights in room not all working, curtains not clean. Only positive thing: the mall is attached to it and swimming pool

The next day my Son was very sick which prompt me to check out after the first night. They still charged me the entire 4 nights stays claiming this is Expedia rules
I contacted Expedia and they told me the opposite that I can get my money refunded because of medical emergency .After speaking to on duty manager I was told me we will take care of this issue
But noting happened …. I kept calling to get update, was informed no one is available to take my call. They were unhelpful and they didn't bother to solve my problem and kept ignoring me. I would not stay or recommend this place to any one

1- I booked A studio King bed, sofa bed & garden view.
2- When I arrived, the receptionist gave me literally the last room in the hotel (you must go around all rooms to get to the room) although i told him i have kids.
3- Room was not garden view, when I got back to him, he told me this is what we have!! Seriously!!!
4- lots of details like: lots lights are not working, no sponge in the bath, no spoon for the drinks.. ..
And you feel like just 2 employees are only working here !
