bei starker Hitze in Freiburg nicht so angenehm

Cons:

ich wollte die Klimaanlage verstellen, das war mir im Zimmer aber nicht möglich. Da bin ich zur Rezeption gegangen und habe gefragt, wie man die Temperatur kälter stellt. Daraufhin ist der Mann an der Rezeption nach hinten gegangen und hat die Temperatur verringert, wie er gesagt hat. Am nächsten Morgen war die Temperatur wieder zu hoch. Ich wollte aber nicht noch mal zur Rezeption gehen. Man sollte sich das wirklich jetzt überlegen, wenn man in dieses Hotel gehen will.

Der kurz-Tripp nach Freiburg inkl. Hotel hat sich gelohnt.
Pros:

Haben Hotel gekannt, war gut, aber Bettwäsche ist in die jahre gekommen.
Als Bahnreisende aber sehr gute Lage.
Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Zimmer, Bett, Lage super. Mit hört den Bahnhof nur ein bisschen (im 7. Stock)

Cons:

(1) Die Air Condition, die ich wegen Lautstärke ausstellte, ging morgens um 5h wieder an und weckte mich. An der Rezeption war man daran nicht so interessiert. (2) Ich blieb 2 Nächte, trotzdem wurden meine Handtücher ausgewechselt. Das ist Verschwendung. Ich hätte gerne komplett auf Room Service verzichtet.
