Vor allem für Bahnfahrer ist die Lage absolut Top. Auch der Blick über die Stadt lohnt sich sehr.

Cons:

Vorab-Infos von mir wurden nicht beachtet, was zu unnötigen und ärgerlichen Diskussionen führte. Auch dass unser Aufenthalt sich auf 2 Buchungen erstreckte wurde nicht vorab verifiziert.
Besonders ärgerlich war die selbsttätig startende Klimaanlage, die offenkundig auch durch das Hotelpersonal nicht gebändigt werden konnte.

Es hat alles gepasst.
Pros:

Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof, aber keine Lärmbelästigung im Zimmer. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Innenstadt ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Easy, pragmatic choice for standard business trip stay
Pros:

Basically part of the train station therefore easy to reach. Breakfast was fine/standard. The room and some other features of the hotel are not the most modern style, but functional.

Mega Lage!
Pros:

Dadurch, dass ich am nächsten Tag sehr früh weiter musste war die Lage extrem gut, weil das Hotel wirklich DIREKT am Bahnhof ist.

Nie wieder ich kenne Leonardo Hotels Anders

Cons:

Extrem unfreundlicher Empfang, um 21:30 Uhr war die Zugang Türe verschlossen. Ich musste vier mal klingeln, bis mir endlich die Türe aufgemacht wurde. Daraufhin wurde ich noch äußerst unfreundlich von der Rezeptionistin angemacht. Ich habe die Vermutung, dass ich sie bei irgendwas gestört habe das geht gar nicht.

Overall this is a good hotel with fruits and other refreshments in the lobby.
Pros:

Location is excellent in particular if you are traveling to other places from the train station.

Cons:

The (remote controlled) AUTOMATIC air conditioning system kept going on and off multiple times during one late afternoon blowing ice-cold air directly on top of one of the beds. We were told several rooms were being affected by this issue and were offered another room which we accepted plus a free breakfast. However, on the night before our departure at 6 am, the new room’s a/c system started doing the same thing after midnight for a total of 5 times even if you shut the unit off again and again!! It was too late for us to ask to change rooms a second time. A truly unacceptable issue for which we should be reimbursed at least one night since they can see and confirm this problem remotely. I let the young man at the front desk know about this before leaving the hotel completely exhausted.

La peor experiencia de mi vida , el hotel es horrible , está todo viejo y completamente sucio . El encargado de recepción y el responsable son lo más déspotas y maleducados que vi en mi vida . Tuvimos un problema con la reserva y nos tuvimos que ir a la calle , la única solución que me dieron fue perder los 100€ de reserva que había pagado y aún por encima cobrarme 160 más .

Porfavor no vayáis a este hotel nunca es ENGAÑOSO
